I received a call on my cell phone from (876) 287-7659 at 6:30 AM on 2/12/2013. I did not answer. They did not leave a message. When I saw that the number listed indicated that is was from Jamaica, I knew it must be some sort of scam. I do not know anyone from Jamaica. I came online to find out who might have called me and saw that there were a good number of people complaining about scam calls from (876) 287-XXXX.

My advice is that if you do not recognize a phone number that is calling you, then do not answer the call. You can let it go to voicemail. Usually these scam callers do not leave voicemails.
