Repeat calls because they are desperate to rip you off! Your number WILL get passed around, others in the gang will try to "Work" you...
names used are "MegaMillions" "publishers clearing house""goldrush casino""International Payout Center"

Best thing to do is either........
1> IGNORE them! never answer a 876 call....They WILL try to use a MagicJack and it will show areacodes of 305 or 702 or 775
2> SCREW with them! GREAT fun! give them bogus info, use fake names/addresses/pretend to be their friend..
3> INSULT/BELITTLE/TRASH them! trust me...if possible they will suck your last dime out of you.They prey on senior citizens....

Received several calls from this number on 5/19/2012.  Caller was difficult to understand, but indicated that I had won over $400,00.  To claim it, I had to send him/them $400.  Clearly a scam.  Even after telling him not to call again, I received 3 more calls that I did not answer.
