these pore jamaicains... nothin to du but make calls to unsuspecting American folks.  just ignore these calls..............answering these calls validates your number and the calls keep on coming......

short of giving the caller a blast from a handy freon air horn, there is little thaat can be done.

received call Sunday Morning, 0830 from this number.  heavy accented man stating he was calling from Winner's International and I had just won 2.5 million dollars!  I asked him what was his name and where he was calling from.  He said name  David Miller (doubt this very much) and again Winners International.  I then hung up.   Called phone company this morning and Missouri Attorney General's office to report.  They are aware of scam and took down this phone number.   Be careful out there!
