received call from this number june 12th, 20l4 claimed publishers clearing house,, orginally called from 876-834-795l and referred to 876-293-4555 to a dale robinson, said i had won 960,00 and a new car.  same crap, needed a green dot money card from the dollar store to pay l% tax on winnings and a rebecca white would pick up the mo9ney and prize would be delivered by james jackson w3ho w3ould be brining it from vincennes, indiana.  i said no thank you and hung up.

I received a call at work saying I had won Publishers Clearing House and they ran up a very high phone bill on us.  Unfortunately we are on a fixed income.

Scam-How do I block these people from calling/getting my number?

RECEIVED a phone call from 1-876-293-4555 claiming I've won 950,000 have me a confirmation # immediately and said i also won a new 2014 mustang in whichever color I wanted. I was asked to go to Walmart to purchase a green dot card for $950.22. I hung up. They called back saying today is God's glory u will be receiving as soon as i load that greendot card.. even said that the ppl who was going to deliver the check was on the way to my house James Jackson, Jim green & Brenda Smith.

Was driving home from work when I received a call from 1-876-293-4555 "Publishers Clearing House." They said they would be at my house in two hours to deliver the prize. Right....

They're still at it.  This time they claimed to be David Miller, a driver with UPS, who would be delivering my winnings within the hour but I need to call this number for Mr. James Chin, the manager, immediately.  Even gave me a confirmation number.

Received phone call today from 876-489-6201.  I was told I had won the Publishers Clearing house and a brand new Benz.  They gave me the number 876-293-4555 to call ext 9 and told me to ask for Bill Robinson.  I googled the number and found this.  Obviously its a scam.  Why do I have to spend money if I won Publishers.

I was trying to be scammed by this number 876-293-4555 while at work. A driver hauling my new car and check for $250,000.000 was setting in Jackson, Tn waiting on me to go to Wal-Greens, CVS or a Wal-Mart and purchase a Green Dot pre paid card for $385.00 then let them know when I had done so.

called claiming to publishers clearing house and telling me i had won a mercades and 250,000 and wanted me to go to  walmart and get a green dot money pack card for 500.00 but call MR,peter meyers before i go into the store,  once i had the card someone from publishers clearing house would deliver my prize today
