I received a call the other day from this same number & the person was reading very slowly from a cue card (I guess). Said that he was from pch and then I just hung up. Now again I just received a call from this number and I told him that I am on the do not call list and not to call this number again and then he preceded to curse me out. (btw he had perfect English in the cursing lol) I cursed him and then laughed and that pissed him off even more. Next time I will use the bull horn lol. They are scammers and don't waste your time or money on them.
Have a great day

This same number was given to me, 876.296.3725. Told me to speak to Mr. Holly EXT9. When he called back and asked if I had called the number, I told him that, "No, I am actually calling the police as this is a scam call." Right as I said police he said, "F*** You!" and hung up. He had better not show up at my door, as I am ex Navy (US) and know to arm myself. The package number he used was 7500883

Scam call. Frank Miller calls and claims to have tbe Publisher's Clearing House award on a UPS truck in route to your house. He asks you to call876-296-3725 ext#9 and ask for the Mg.James Chin.
If you call, the same guy answers, puts you on hold to get Mr. Chin, then he answers again as Mr. CHIN.
He wants to keep you on your cell phone while you drive to WalMart and purchase a verification card.

Person called said he was from UPS. Did not speak very clearly. Wanted to know if I would be home to receive a package in my state. The phase "in my state" did not sound like a legitimate call. I hung up.

Unsolicited call on my cell from 876 296 3725. Only about 3 people have my cell number. Strangely accented speaker, talks like he has marbles in his mouth. Claimed to be UPS carrier for Publisher's Clearing house (?), wanted to know if I was at home for a delivery (alarm bell #1). Could hear phones and other voices in the background - seemed odd for a 'carrier' (driver). I was confused, so he asked if I remembered ever siging up for Publisher's Cleariing house, at a supermarket, etc. Who hasn't sgined up *ever*? He mumbled something about a cash prize and a new car. Didn't seem to understand my questons, just plowed on. Then gave a number to "call right away": 1 876 430 3031, Told to ask for my manager "James Ching" (or Chin?). He gave me a 'package number' 750088, and said that should be followed by my first and last initials. (Why wouldn't they know my initials if they're delivering a package to my home?). He was inisstent that I call back Right Away. I got online to check this out.
A few minutes later he called back, asking if I'd called, or should we forget about this? I told him this was obviously a scam, and he hung up.
Search on this site for lots of similar accounts, all trying to get you to call back to an 876 (Jamaica) number, so you can be charged $7+ a minute whiile they keep you on the line.
