I received a call from the 876-299-2626 number on 01/28/2011 @ 12:50 PM asking if I was Robert and would I be home to receive a package without advising what the package would contain. I asked if this was a "sales call". The caller became indignant and hung up. I was concerned as to what type package would be sent and reviewed he caller's number and called back advising I had just received a call regarding the delivery of a package and I wanted to know the contents of the package. At this point the caller advised he had a cashiers check for 2.7 million dollars. I interrupted him at his point realizing it was a scam and the caller began cursing me calling me a "f.....ing dog". I then called the phone company to advise the phone number has a high probable use of criminal activity for investigation.

Good luck law enforcement in catching this yayhoo who may be able to spell but not do w-o-r-k..

The  876-299-2626  caller left a message on my home recorder and since it was a toll free no., I called it to be advised that I had won the Texas Lottery $1 million  and that I had been entered by my local grocer.   He requested a check for an advance payment to be delivered to their representative who just happened to be in the Pearland,  Tx area and about 18 miles from our house.       This call was terminated by the caller when I advised him that our telephone numbers were on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL  list. Since then my husband has researched the internet to discover that the telephone number is in Jamaica and that it is possible that exorbitant charges per minute could be billed to my telephone account.    My husband has contacted the Telephnone Company and they are aware of this    SCAM
