Maybe we should text bomb him and make him change his number all the time

This phone number is apparently a cell phone according to Telesign's Phone ID demo, and I'm guessing it's probably pay as you go. It's funny how the FCC said back in November that they had enough information to investigate, yet the morron is apparently still operating. Maybe I should notify the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, who regulates telemarketers calling in and out of Florida? Although they don't have juristiction there, I'll bet they know who does. I probably shouldn't be posting this because now he's gonna know that people are on to him, but he probably has already been spooked seeing how somebody posted about the number back in January.

BEWARE - someone from Jamaica is calling and claiming that they are calling from Publishers Clearing House. Do NOT give them your ss#, address, date of birth, ccredt card info or anything else...this IS a con artist.

I received a call mid-day ona Thursday in January 2009 from a number that displayed (caller id) as 'Jamaica 876-303-3016'.  When I answered the man asked for me by my first name.  I asked who he was first...he said 'Publishers Clearing HOuse'.  I was suspicious immediately.  I asked him why the caller id showed 'Jamaica' if he was Publishers Clearing HOuse?  He sounded surprised when I asked him about Jamaica...he also hung up very quickly.
