I got the same call, saying I had won the mercedes and the cash and that a news crew and team would be there to deliver everything and that I need to get home within an hour an and half. The caller said he was from PCH. Same scenario as above that I would need to Western Union the taxes in the amount of $1506 to a Shirley Cooper (an attorney, yeah right) in South Carolina. I played along and he said he will call back in an hour. I'll be interested to see if he does call back. I am going to give a bogus receipt number to see what he does next. Unbelievable!

This guy calls me first from an "unkown" blocked number.  He starts off talking real slow introducing himself (I can barely understand him) and I usually don't pick up unknown numbers. After a minute of his rambling I hang up (thinking it's some kind of sales). He calls back and says "sweetheart why did you hang up on me." I asked what he wanted and he continues to ramble.  I hang up again.  He calls AGAIN.  I am irritated by now and I ask him who he's looking for.  It takes him a while to even respond and finally he spells out my name.  I say he has the wrong number (several times as he talks over me) and to not call again.  His response is "I will keep calling until you listen to me."  I hang up and he attempts to call back 3 more times without me picking up.  This has got to be the MOST ANNOYING fraud that I have witnessed thus far.  I'm so annoyed I had to post this.....ugh!!!!

Just got the call.  I told the guy, I know how contest work and this ain't it.  He said he was going to hang up and call me back.  Still waiting. lol    You NEVER have to pay to get a prize.   The IRS takes it's money AFTER you are paid and then not until the year is over.  Don't fall for this BS.

I've received calls from this number 3 times already. They basically give me missed calls. One time I picked up and they hung up on me.

We got a call from a fella wanting us to wire money to a James White in Washington D.C. (%00 Main Street) Said we won a Mercedes and a check for 750,000.00. We didn't do it!

Caller ID said "Jamaica" was calling me. The guy was slow to answer when I said "hello" and then asked to speak to my last name (like "hello, can i speak to Peterson?"). i laughed at him and hung up.

I received a call that I won a 2010 Mercedes Benz and $355,000.00 from James and the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas!!!  I started laughing and he got all upset.  So I apologized and listened and began looking up his number on the internet he was not from Las Vegas but Jamaica.  They wanted to know if I was married, if I had a bank account, if I knew what a certified check was.  Because a lawyer and TV crew would be at my house in 1 hour.  I told him I better go and get my hair done and get dressed.  He then hung up ..... I laughed.  But guess what he called back and said, "Why did you hang up on me?" I said I didn't.  So he continued and guess what I had to go to Western Union and pay for the TAXES which amounted to $1438.52.  I told him just take it out of my $355,000.00 trust me I am cool with that.  I told him actually just take $50,000 out and keep the rest for yourself.  AMAZING guess what happened.....He hung up on me.  I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR PRIZES YOU WIN.  So .... haven't heard back but if anyone finds my money let me know.
