I just got the same call now. They said publisher's clearing house. Knew my address and maiden name. He said his name was David Meyers. Said I had to pay a processing fee. When I said absolutely not, that as a Canadian we are free from paying anything even taxes for winnings and to even suggest that I should was illegal. I was hung up on shortly after this.

I received several calls from this number yesterday, Oct 18/2012. The man with an accent identified himself as James Kennedy and stated it was in my best interest to call him back. It sounded threatening, so I just deleted the message and looked his name up. He uses more than one phone number to pull this scam.

As I reported to another site on this scammer, he also called me last year about an online business, and when I refused, he asked if I believe in God/Jesus Christ. I asked what God had to do with his business proposal. He was so forceful and rude. I hung up.

I want to call the police after seeing how many people he's trying to scam.
