Now, you should think about ways to avoid the multiple calls ...
Modern technology has given telescammers the tools to call you.
Since those telescammers are criminals, they ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.
Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The first thing to do is to get a call blocker device, service or app.
Then, use it correctly.
Google "call blocker" for more information, or visit your favorite sales site.

If you cannot afford or use such a tool, then:
* Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service
* Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers! All that does is verify your phone number! And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete.
* If you have a "dumb" cell phone, assign the scammer's number to a group named "scammers" (or similar). Then, assign a silent ringtone to that group.

You do realize this is a SCAM to get you to send them money, don't you??? PCH does not have a Jamaican division.

This person has harassed my calling me over and over when I hang up on him. He told me I won a car and 2.5 million dollars. He wants me to mail him a check for $100 to Hazel thelter 15 lambert apt #12 Cambridge Mass 02141. I have to over night it for $20 and I was sworn to secrecy. He wants me to take a taxi and when I get home I am to call him 1-876-366-5876 Michael Sanderson

I received the first call 3 days ago, said he was from PCH., and they were going to call me the next day to deliver a Bank of America Check for $5,000,000.00 plus a new BMW. I didn't believe him, knowing this was a scam as I had not entered any contests. Never heard anything more until this morning, when he informed me to go to Walmart and purchase a green card for $100.00 and it would have the BMW serial number on it then they would present me with the check and keys to the car. When I told him I would not go to Walmart and buy the card he starting calling me names and cursing at me. I told him I knew this was a scam and hung up. As I was hanging up he was yelling obscene remarks.
