... maybe because Jamaica is not part of the United States.

Just missed a call from this #. So tired of these scams. If the #is clearly known as a scam caller, why is it still a working phone #?  C'mon FCC.

It's a scam and don't even answer the call if you don't know the number. As soon as I saw "Jamaica" as the caller, I let it ring through. If your phone has the ability, block the number.

 I received a call from a man with a muffled voice...Said he was from PCH and told me I had won $945,000 and a new car.  All I had to do was call back the guy's manager at another number.. I didn't call back and in a few minutes another guy called saying he was the prize driver and asked if I had entered PCH and I said no...He hung up on me...

I just got the same phone call... they called from 1-876-449-4905 and told me to call Frank White at ext. 5 to claim 900,000 and a mercedes....
He called back to see if I called the manager and  Itold him it was a scam and he hung up...

Said his name was Johnson calling from Publishers Clearing House; I had won a Mercedes Benz

They said they were Publishing Clearning House.  The voices were musslled. They give you a second number to call asking if you will be home to receive your prize then the phone disconnects.
