I received a call from a blocked number saying I had won $2 million dollars from Publisher's Clearing House.  I knew it was a scam since I do not enter sweepstakes.  The caller said his name is Donovan Dino and his general manger's name is Dave Sayer.  I told him its obviously a scam and he was full of ---.  He said it was not a scam and gave me a ref# and a phone number 876-376-7971 to call to collect my winnings.  I looked up the number on the web while speaking to him.  Sure  enough it was a number associated with many scams.   I told him he is a cockroach and hung up the phone.  He continued to call me over and over again.  I just kept hanging up on him.  Please do not respond to any unknown numbers.  You will be charged international rates on your phone.   I filed reports with P.C.H and with FTC.  

I just a call from this number saying I had won $2 million dollars from Publisher's Clearing House, also.  I kept saying, "I don't believe this.  I never even entered the Publisher's Clearing House contest."  He kept saying, "I knew you would say that!".  Then he proceeded to give me a check and reference #  and said I had to go to CVS or Walgreens to get a money pack card with $180 on it for insurance for the check, and make a copy of my driver's license and send it to him within a day.  Then people would show up at my door with a check.
I told him I don't think so.  Glad I took the time to listen to what he had to say and not just give him any info. or do what he was asking.  Anytime you have to give money to receive money means it's probably not real.

Got a call on my cell phone that showed as unavailable. I answered and was told that I had won 2 million through Publisher's Clearing House, (couldn't resist messing with him since I knew it was a scam) all I needed to do was go to a Walgreens and purchase a Money Pack Card for $560 and call them back at this 876-376-7971 to give the info. off the card to pay for the insurance and they would be at my house in 2 hours with my money.
