The same Man called me and said his name was Michael Anderson calling from the UPS POSTAL SERVICES.  He said that I had won 5 million dollars and a 2014 Mercedes Benz. He asked me what color I want it to be.  Then he asked me if I believed in God and this is no scam he said that I will get a delivery by 12 pm he asked me if I would go to Dollar General Rite Aid Walgreens or Walmart to get a green dot money scratch card and add 350 bucks to pay taxes on the 5 million dollars and he said that the 5 million dollars would be in my account that day. I played like I had went to Dollar General and added $350. He said he would hold on the line til I come out the store.  He got very fustrated when I kept saying I was only 10 mins away and an hour had passed by already lmaooooo.  ?????. I told him that I had gotten the card and he said what do the card look like I said green he said okay turn on the back and tell me what you see.  affidavit he has a customer service number and a thing to scratch out.  he then said okay we will have to scratch the card out now? I heard dogs barking in his background.  Lollll.  He hurried up and closed  the door to his car.  I could hear his dumb a** get in a car.  ???. I said I hear dogs in your background he lied and said it was his alarm clock lollllll he then got upset bcuz I was laughing  knowing he was a scanner.  He said hurry up now.  Let's repeat the numbers on the back of the card.  I hung up lmaoooooo he called and called and called.  He even tried calling from a different  number today. Saying hiz name  was john white from the publish clearing house  kmsl. I knew his voice smh.  He wasn't even sure wat he'd lie and say who he was.  He stuttered a little before he could say anything. I told him I don't  want s*** and stop call calling me and stop lien lolll he hung da f*** up and fast too!! !

Constantly getting phone calls from different numbers asking for Katie Stockwell, I have even answered a couple telling them that I am not that person. They keep calling anyway. It is a little different each time, saying they are calling from Bank of America, Morgan Stanly, Publishers clearing house etc. and that there is millions of dollars that I have won or call back about a form that I submitted. I finally got a message from someone claiming that the Federal Trade Commission has contacted him and that I may be recieving fraudulent phone calls. Guy who called himself James Barnett called and said that I had won. Couldn't understand what he said I won but thousands of dollars and a news van was going to show up and take my picture. He said that I won because I paid my utility bill on time and they entered me in. I live in a smaller city so just called up there while I had him on the phone and they said they didn't enter into any such contest. That they would send me the package. The chief of fedex needed me to cover the expense of the delivery. Which happened to be 295.00 dollars. This is when I laughed and asked where the check was being shipped from the moon?  He did have a valid ohio number which is where he said he was from. The number was (513) 301-7561. When I asked him why he had a jamaican accent he said he didn't he was from Africa. But when I asked him for the number of Jeremy Parnell (The guy that he said was the chief of Fedex) he gave me (876) 879-6788 (A Jamaican area code and number). He wanted me to western union the money to Jeremy Parnell at montego bay jamaica. Tried to get him to call me at my office and gave him the number and name of governor but he wouldn't do it... If you get a call like this please try to forward them to your governor so that more action will take place and stopping these scams will take more president in the eyes of our elected leaders.

Got a call from the scammers - only i won 850k and a new mercedes from publishers clearing house - coke - and progressive.  In fact they gave a a years worth of insurance as well.  Glad to know the scam is getting larger - they wanted a Walmart gift card to release the items from customs, including the cashiers check they had with my name.  Only needed $850.  Oh, there was going to be a media extravaganza on their way to my house because of all the winnings.

that same number called to tell me he was from UPS trying to make a certified delivery of a mercedes and $485k i'd won.

The guy said he was from the "mainland security watch".  A couple months back same guy kept calling telling us we won the lottery from the same number.

guy kept calling about a scam.  It didn't matter that I was working, he refused to stop calling.

Hi. I'm glad you're all posting. I answered and it was a guy with very broken english. Saying he was from UPS. A package being delivered by Publishers Clearing House. I'm thinking oh great, a scammer. After I told him I was going to verify with local UPS, he got upset and became belligerent. I hung up. Guess I could've done the whole Mabe (comedian) routine. Now that would've been funny.

My daughter just got a call from this number-she just hung up on him! Anyone know who we can report this guy to in our state-New Mexico?

This person is very sick. We told the police officer and gave them the number. I hope they find this person.
He will tell say you won something like $$$$, free gas and a car. In return he will tell you send in some money maybe $500.00. Why would you send in money? The guy is crazey. He say his name is Michael Anderson.

I got call this AM early from this same number.   Said he was representing the US postal service, and i had a package to be delivered.  That I had won something.  I said i'd be home for delivery, which would be at 1pm...   NO package, total scam. !!!

Got the same call, from a cell phone [apparently] because the reception was horrible. Told me the same story as most in this forum ("From UPS", "Call Me Back", "Name's Michael Anderson", "Do You Live In This Town?", "What kind of car would you like..." ). I didn't give him any information but he guessed where my general area is (state), I'm guessing it's because my phone/# was bought from that place. He was wrong though.
He was kinda rude and the signal from his cell phone kept skipping. Also I could hear someone in the background.

Guy with jamacian accent called, informing me that I he had a package being sent to my home. I told him that I did not want package because I did not know what it was. He then began to get agressive telling me that he would find me and kill me...

He threatened to rape me.

This guy, "Michael Anderson" keeps calling me. As I was listening to him explain my prize of a brand new Lincoln Navigator in slate black and 225,000, I kept laughing. He started to get angry and said "Why are you laughing?!" I said, "It's funny." He told me my parents would be proud of me for winning this prize. Later, after egging him on, he threatened to kill me, hung up, then called back as if nothing had happened. He told me he'd call me back in 10 minutes. I don't plan on answering. This guy is ridiculous and says "okay" at the end of every sentence.

I received a call he said he's name was peter washington. He said I won money and a new car ... I told him I worked for the government and I was waiting for his call I asked him for some iinfo.. and he hung up before I could finish my sentence ...total scam.

I got a call from the same guy this morning.  He wanted know if I was going to be home to receive my new car and money.  I told him no, I was at work.  When I told him that he wanted me to call him at his office he gave this phone # and wanted me to call him at his office.  I called back and a lady answered who did not even know who this man was.

Lately i've been geting calls from 8763784980 and he threatin me if i don't give him my personal info but hopefully people dnt believe this scam!!!!.

I got a call from this guy telling me the same thing. I said I thought it was a scam, wasn't interested and hung up. He called me later that night around 12, 6 times the next morning and 4 times the next day. I'm getting sick of him calling me.

Tell them to deliver your prize to, and give them the address for the FBI or tell them you work in the legal field and are excited to receive your prize.  They will not call back again.

This is a scam...do not call them back.  They will threaten you, etc.  Not worth getting yourself upset or concerned.

same here. michael anderson. this lil psycho called me on 9-13 in the morning telling me that i won a 2011 mercedes and 475,000 dollars. i told him that i had to go and he said that i would regret it. he told me that ups was near and that i would be sorry. told him no. he continued to call about seven times times!! yes, seven times. he didnt leave voicemails. the next morning he tried and the second time he left an awful voicemail saying that he would kill my family and that he knew where i lived?!?! my hubby called him back and cursed him out. he STILL continues to call but has not left another message.

876-378-4980 Michael Anderson called saying the same basic stuff.  I won a 2010 dark blue Mercedes and 835,000 cash, wanted my address and name.  Asked him what he had listed for me and he said he did not have that, only a phone number and I asked how then he knew it was me that had won.  He was getting mad cause I would not give him my name.  He then said the car and money would be delivered by 1:30 by UPS and he was verifying I would be home.  I asked him the name of his company, because previously he mentioned he was from UPS and then he said he was in Albquerque NM and that his company's name was International Publishers Clearing House.  I hung up and he has continued to call.
