call from jamaica 876-414-2948 is what i got and a man told me to call  876-384-4164 along with other info; which was a company attorney, package code #, confirmation #, and the dollar amount that was owed to me.  i didn't call that number, it sure does sound like a SCAM for sure.  and when i didn't call back that number the call from jamaica 876-414-2948 called me back but i didn't answer.

don't take these calls or return the call.

Yes 876-384-4164 is a scam source.  
- Legit toll free numbers start with "800, 888, 877, 866 or 855" per the FCC site:  http://www.fcc.gov/guides/toll-free-numbers-and-how-they-work
- Scammers get money two ways
 -- Getting receipt information from the purchase of a cash card allows them to claim funds without a card
 -- Keeping you in a "toll free" call, that is not toll free for as long as they can...you pay your carrier and the carrier pays the scammers through how ever many carrier hops it takes

Received a call just now and was wondering the same thing.  Guess its time to change all my passwords just to be on the safe side.

received a call from this number today and the person stated his name was Robert from Publishers Clearing House and my number was chosen as a winner for 3+ million dollars.  I hung up as soon as he said that.
