This number called my cell phone today at 12:12pm PST. It was a guy with an accent, Jamaican I guess, because that's where it said the call was coming from.
I answered because I was half asleep. They gave some greeting and asked how I was today. I replied. Then they said bye and hung up.
The wort part about the call is that it woke me up!! >:(
