DO NOT return the call from someone calling from a 876 area code.
This is not a toll free "800" number, it is the international long distance code for the island nation of Jamaica. You are charged international and long distance rates for calling this number. Other international/long distance area codes are 809, 284, and 649.

They never require any money, purchases, taxes, fees, or deposits of any kind to get your prize.

Publishers Clearing House DOES NOT call, email, FAX, mail, any advanced notice that you have won.

"If you are ever contacted by someone claiming to represent PCH, or claiming to be one of our employees,  and asked to send or wire money (for any reason whatsoever, including taxes); or send a pre-paid gift card or Green Dot Moneypak card in order to claim a sweepstakes prize ? DON?T!  It?s a SCAM. When I answered the guy said "Hello, my name is Frank Miller and I am a driver for UPS. He wanted to know if I was home. Then he ask me if I had ever played PCH.  I told him no.  He said," Not ever?"  I said, "No" Then he hung up.  SCAM!!!!!

Frank Miller from UPS said he was 45 minutes from my house with my new car and a check for $3500 and wanted to know if i could go home right now. Told him no that i would call him back. Called him back and he wanted me to call another number to verify info. I instead Google his number and that is how i got here. Heavy middle eastern accent.

I also got the call as I was walking into Walmart. Thinking it was my wife calling to add to my 'grocery list' I answered without looking at the Caller ID. I got the "UPS man" asking if I had "entered PCH a long time ago". I said "NO" and he repeated it. I then looked at the Caller ID and noticed it said 'Jamaica', so I said "No, I didn't enter anything YOU CROOK" and hung up. I remembered an accent too, but not heavy....not sure where from.

I have caller ID on my smart phone and it came up as "Jamaica" and I didn't pick up figuring that I'd be charged for the call.  Googled the number and here I am posting a complaint.

The guy called and did the whole publishers clearing house act and charged 30 bucks to the phone bill.

This loser called me and told me his name is Frank Miller and he's from Publishers Clearing House. He had a heavy middle-eastern accent. He and asked me if I could leave work and go home and pick up my check and new car. When I asked him what my address is, he hung up. I then called him back and he cussed me up and down. It was truly shocking.

YES TOTALLY, BUT HE ALSO ASKED IF I WAS AT HOME, I ALSO JUST CALLED BACK AND ASKED HIM WHAT HE WANTED BECAUSE THE FIRST TIME HE HUNG UP... HE SAID LISTEN THIS IS PUBLISHERS CLEARING...  I SAID WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT ME? CAUSE I AM NOT GIVING YOU ANY INFORMATION... HE TOLD ME TO KISS HIS A## AND HUNG UP.  DO YOU OR ANYONEELS EREADING THIS KNOW EXACTLY WHO TO CALL OR CONTACT ABOUT THIS GUY?

Just got a call from this number. Claimed to be UPS driver with Publishers Clearing House asking if I remembered signing up a long time ago. When I said no he asked again and when I said no again he hung up on me. Foreign accent..Scammer I am sure

Just got called by this number. Some "UPS" driver with Publisher's Clearing House asking if I remember signing something a long long time ago. Horrible accent. Very hard to understand. Didn't give him any info.

Called pretending to be from PCH. When I wouldn't give any information he hung up. I called the number back and it is a personal number for some guy named frank. Beware he is a scammer...

this is the second call i got from this number, said frank miller with pch, call another number, is 45 minutes away and manager must verify.  called other number 876-307-9139 xt 9 for james chin,
he kept asking for personal info (#, zip, address,etc).  i ask where he was, he said NYC, i hung up.

got a call from this number this morning, caller said "good morning, this is frank miller, do you recall signing up for the publisher's clearing house?" i had to ask him to say it again because the connection sounded poor and he had a heavy accent. when i said "no," he hung up on me.

I just got a call from this number and the gentleman was NOT so gentle as I had music on at first-but immediately turned it off, I had to say, ''WHAT? WHAT?? WHAT???'' and he was very rude... I assume it was an angry-at-life-in-general sales person ^_^
