He called me a bi*** after i told him I didn't need the 1/2 million dollars that he said I won from Publisher's clearing house.
He wanted me to get in my car so that he could track me on his gps to my house.

I received a call today. Heard alot of arguing in the background. A man with a heavy accent said, "Hello, ma. I am telling you that you won $2.5 million dollars today in a sweepstakes." After he did his spill, I said, "Sir, I'm not interested." Hung up and researched the #. Scammers.

just received a call. I "won" 2.5 million dollars. When he asked for money I hung up! He said his name was Robert Washington

Congratulations! You are now going to be billed by your own phone company for an international call (to Jamaica), possibly at pay-per-service rates of $20/min. or more. And since you deliberately made the call, your phone company is going to make you pay for it, whether you knew about the premium rate or not. (Otherwise, they have to pay for it.)
DON'T call back an 876 number unless you know the person at that number or know the person calling you, if you don't recognize the caller ID.

I just received a call from the same guy saying that I won $10 million from Publisher's Clearing House. He had an accent & didn't even pronounce the company's name correctly, so I knew it was a scam. When I started asking him a lot of questions he hung up on me. I then called him back & told him I was going to report him, and he then started to call me names & used profanity. I reported his number with the Federal Trade Commission (https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#&panel1-8).

They called saying my name and had said I won a cash price of 2.5 million dollars. He gave us a number to call and a confirmation code. Then he said he'd call us back. When my boyfriend said no thanks, The guy said f*** you mother f****r I am a hitman and i will kill you i will kill you and suck your blood i am a f****ng zombie, and so on.
