Well, scammers have officially reached a new low. The guy who called me was faking a down's syndrome-like voice as a guilt tactic.

Yep, this is still going on. Spent more time on the phone with this heavily-accented man named Michael Washington than I'd care to admit. Said he was from PCH. I kept reading him the fine print from the PCH website that no winner should have to pay to receive their prizes, he just kept saying the same response over and over that I couldn't even understand. He just told me to "call back when I'm ready to receive my prize."

Scam person name is David Rockafella 8764022375 security code 5792 said I won $5000 and a new Benz S Class western union $49 to Wilford Gibson 17 James Brown Road, Jamaica West Indies.... yeah okay.... yall wait on it bc ur not gonna get it from me.

I received a call from 8764022375. He told me that i had won a 2014 Toyota Carola and a check for 5,000 dollars. In the beginning i believed him. he told me to western union $50 to Chad Clarke 17 New York rd, Jamaica West Indies. After reading this i think its a scam. His names was "David Rockefeller" and his security code was 5792.

Kerry,  getting these vile creatures to stop calling is difficult - but not impossible. You first need to understand that you are dealing with a very, VERY primitive intelligence: think rat vice chimp. Next you will need to get inside their heads, cause while screaming/cursing at them might make you feel better (and believe me I have done that MANY times,) it will almost guarantee they will call again. I recall one porch monkey that called and after I let him run his spiel for a while, as if I was hooked, I told him, "When I hang up this phone I am going to spend the rest of the day lounging by my pool and this evening I will be enjoying a steak dinner with my pretty, blond girl friend. You, on the other hand, will go back to your rat hole where you exist with your fat, ugly wife that smells even worse than you do and your 7 children, that are even dumber than you are!" Now THAT guy never called here again!

When these snakes call again - which they will - please record the call. Every little bit of information we can gain and share in this forum will help our investigation. Thanks.

He called me said his name was Bobby Smith and to send 99$ for a stamp to get 10000$i told him this a scam and he hung up

Yea I got a call 30 min ago didn't believe him. Wanted me to get a card from Walmart for 200. If I won then send me a check. No one wins 150000. But this guy said he was from Verizon and I won a promotion through wall mart

Wooow sooo sorry this has happen to you...Yeah PCH never calls you they will just show up at your house...Please warn others in your area n contact your local tv station so other's can be warned so they will not get scammed!!!

While I was at work.... My husband got scammed out 900.00. The guy said we won the pch. ( we enter all the time and never win)
My husband is a nieve country boy and trust everyone.
The guy called from 876-434-2342 . I'm not going into all the detail .the guy was on the phone with my husband for an hour. The guy Told him to get moneypak card and give him all the info off the moneypak card. Once I came home the money was already gone. They guy continued to call my husband all day to get more money.

Keep getting calls from this number, have requested them to stop calling but does not do any good.  This is a scam.

Same phone number 876-402-2375, As the rest a man with heavy acsent repersenting publishers clear house state I had won 5000,00 for life and some kind of car.  When would I like delivery?  I would have to pay 700.00 for tax title.  He asked how I feel to be a winner!  I told him I felt fine! I was at work and was busy.  He said : work is more important than winning." I said yes"  I 'will see it when I believe it!
He said he will call me back next week!  For delivery arrangements of car! LOL!  I can't wait!  HaHaaa

i got a call from these idiots and i knew right away it is a scam,but i like to play with them,so after giving me the details of what i have to do to send him 400.00.the next day he calls me and i said okay im going to get the money but i heard that this is a scam and of course he denies it then i said listen the 400.00 im giving to you is my rent money and if i dont pay my rent ill be tossed into the street and my wife is in a wheelchair so this is not a scam and he says no its not..
PEOPLE do you see the morals of this low life even though i lied about my wife being in a wheelchair and we would be evicted he didnt care.
remember you dont have to pay for a prize that you won and these jamican people are scamming you.

My husband received a call from 876-402-2375 today.  The man had an accent and there were children in the background. He said he was from Publishers Clearing House.  He told him he won $25,000.00 and a new washer.  He said he would only have to pay $500.00 and he would come to our home to get it today.  Of course my husband told him he didn't want the prizes and hung up.  I wonder who these people are.

Had the same thing happen to me today, told me I had won 1.5 mill, people beware of these people.they called me for 3 hrs , and after all the bull sh.. They wanted 250.00 to claim my money,didn't known there was so many low life people that pray on the old ,and poor...I may be not be the smartest but I known ,bull s*** when I hear it.... Just want people to known... And they was reported to the authorities and publishing clearing house......

I searched google after talking to him bc he said he would call me back after doing paperwork and I FOUND HIM ALL OVER. Things like that just dont happen, especially to people like myself. So after I told him I found him out I even read some of these post to him and told him he f'd up for making people, especially poor people think they've won money like that. HE THEN HUNG UP! I received a call from this number saying I won 28000 plus 5000 walmast shopping and gift cards just a little while ago. I decided to play along and finally told him that I am on my way to the western union to deposit 100.00. He said he will call me in 30 minutes. I am waiting so I can put him on hold for a while. I am reporting this scam as soon as I finish my post. Please beware. This is a scam.

The butt cheese tried to scam me today. I feel sorry for those that fall victim to this obvious scam. I wish it were possible to reverse scam these criminals.

I received a call from a man with a heavy african or middle eastern FAKE accent claiming I won $25.000.00 fromPublishers Clearing house and wanted me to pay $100 for a stamp from the IRS on the check.I googled the number and told him to f**k off when I saw this sight pop up.

He is a con....he has called 8 times today.  He says we have won a car and money, to please send him $300.  I called the Publishers Clearing House corp office and reported him.  I also reported him to the Federal Trade commission.  I urge you all to do the same.

Awsome!!! Great idea to con a con artist. U can also make him burn thru minutes by saying "hold on" and just walk away from the phone without hanging up.

I got a call from Michael Washington from Publisher's Cleaering House and I won $25,000.00 cashier's check, a $5,000.00 Walmart shopping card, a AT & T Blackberry Phone, and a camera.  He asked me to meet him at the Walmart parking lot to meet the press at 3:00 tomorrow.  He told me to send $50.00 via Western Union to Jermaine Johnson P. O. Box 117 Jamaica (he pronounced it Jam-A-CEE-A   lol), WI.  I was like WI, you mean Wisconsin?   lol   He told me he would call me back in 3 hours to get my confirmation number.   He has called alright, and called, and called.  We are intenetionally making him burn up his cellular minutes and refusing to call him back.  When he calls back next time I am going to let him know that my Uncle sent it.....Mike Hunt would be a good name for my Uncle I think.  lol   Time to con the conartist and let him burn up his own bucks!!!

My 14 year old daughter's cell phone just received a call from this number.  He said the name of his company was from the Publisher's Clearing House.  I told him to stop calling my daughter's number. He yelled, "Suck my di*k! Suck my c*ck!" and hung up.

Got a call from Michael Washington.  He said I had won $10,000 from Publisher's Clearing House and AT&T.  I told him I had not entered and he said I was automatically entered when I paid my telephone bill.  He wanted me to call him back at 1-876-402-2375 with a security code of 0031.  I hung up on him but he called back several times.

Got a call saying I won 200,000 from publishers clearing house and I called and checked with publishers clearing house and reported them for fraud

I received a call from this number. He told me his name was Mr. Washington and I won X amount of money from Publisher's Clearing House. I told him to please remove my number from his calling list. He kept  talking; I hung up. He called me right back!! He asked, "Why you hang up? Why you hang up?" I told him if I won money then just mail it to me. He yelled, "Suck my di*k!
