called my grandmother and told her she won millions of dollars and a big screen tv.  then he told her he was going to drop off the prize today.  she said "no" and he told her he would be out in the morning.  really scared the heck out of her.

This man, from jamacia, keeps calling and will not stop. I have used manners, threats, cussing, everything to get him to stop. He says I have won money but needed to wire 150.00 from Walmart. How can we get them to stop?
