I received a call on my cell phone from this number this morning. I did not take the call, and they left no voicemail. I checked this number on the internet and learned that it originated in the country of Jamaica. I don't know anyone there. At the AARP website I learned that this is most likely a call from a phone scammer. Had I taken the call, it probably would have been followed by hundreds of harassing calls to send money in order to collect on a nonexistent "prize." I hope no one falls for this.
