recieved a call saying i won on a lottery and want me to buy a reloadable card so that i can get my prize.

Received a call from this number on a Sunday evening. Could hear a child crying in the background. Claimed to be from Lottery Winner? I could barely understand their english. I believe he said I had won a car and as I had not entered anything, I asked how I had won and he wanted clarification on what I meant and when I repeated the question he said he would call the next day to go over the details. When I said that wouldn't work for me, he hung up.

Claimed to be from publishers clearing house stating we were selected as a winner. Scam trying to get people to say yes and OK so the can bill your phone thousands of dollars.
