I got a call from Frank Lucas saying I won 2.5 million and a Mercedes.  I had to pay 99.00 to cover expenses and he would deliver it this week. I told him I never entered anything so how could I win this.  He said because I use wildblue as a service provider and he had my email address.  I told him I didn't want a mercedes.  He asked what I wanted and he would get it.  He insisted I call him back to see if the phone call would go through.  I could call 876-424-9187 or 909-number.  I understand I would get a hefty bill of hundreds of dollars if I called him back  He told me he was calling from Nevada but he was really in Jamaica.
