This is not a toll free "800" number, it is the international long distance code for the island nation of Jamaica. You are charged international and long distance rates for calling this number. Other international/long distance area codes are 809, 284, and 649.

Received call x 4 from this number. Quite a pest! Said I was to have called him on SAT and was to have provided him some money for "tax" so I can receive my "winnings"!  Scam express!!!!!

This is a scam artist telling people they have won money from publishers clearing house.
