A foreign speaking person wanting to give me $5,000,000. I hung up immediately. They called three times.

Got a call from a Michael Anderson claiming I won 950,000 and a 2014 Mercedes, I needed to get myself pretty, got to cvs or walmart and get a money pak for 250.00 and call him back when I was ready. I asked him where I was to get 250.00 and he said out of my pocket. I laughed and told him we live paycheck to paycheck and the paycheck is gone before we get it. He told me to borrow the money. So after a while, I just played along. He told me to write down his info and to call him when I was ready. I can smell a scam from a mile away.
