Just got a call from 876-429-5317 on my caller I.D. it said CELL PHONE JM, very strong accent, told me he was calling from Publishers Clearing House, very bad echo, couldn't hear him at all, then he cursed at me so I cursed back and hung up the phone. Looked it up and was surprised it wasn't even in the USA.
