Again, I would like for this person or whatever it is calling me about a prize I won to stop calling me.

stop this person from calling my cell number and  worrying me about a prize I won.  Here is another number the person sometimes use 1-876-363-2309.   I want this nonsense, stupid person to stop calling me about a prize.

I have told this person several times not to call my cell phone number but to no avail.  The person always trying to give me a 1 million dollar prize from wal-mart.
