I got a call from this number at 5:30 in the freakin' @$$ morning. It's hard to determined in a sleepy fog whether to answer the phone or not - I answered. There was a recording of a ROOSTER CROWING. I thought it was some kinda prank wake-up call and the idiot prankster gave the wrong phone number. I come here and see only info on scammers, fake PCH wins and fantastic tax "refunds!" The only thing the call I got has in common with everyone else's is...the call was apparently from Jamaica.
A crowing rooster? WTF??!!

Same person as HAHA
But instead of RYAN GREEN, it was ROY GREEN. Same agent number 7071. He asked me to write down the info and then asked me if I had it. I told him I did and so does the whole Internet. I let him continue a little more and told him I wasn't falling for his scam. He cursed and hung up. It almost sounds as if he's using a computer to talk. Didn't sound Natural. He speaks real slow.

The caller from this number had a bad connection and broken English and I could tell he was reading a script. As soon as he said something about my winning prize check I told him to mail it to me and hung up.

DO NOT return the call from someone calling from a 876 area code.
This is not a toll free "800" number, it is the international long distance code for the island nation of Jamaica. You are charged international and long distance rates for calling this number. Other international/long distance area codes are 809, 284, and 649.

Scammers use these number to not only try to scam you out of money, but also sting you with high phone call rates.
