I have received 5 or 6 calls from this number asking for my Dad and saying he has won a lottery - my Dad passed away almost 4 years ago! Obviously a scam.

Got a call from this number saying that I was due 2.5M. Had another call last week promising me 960K. So, who knows, if I hold out maybe next week it will be 6M! This is apparently a sham operated out of Jamaica.
