You can call the police, but not much they can do.....Because the calls come from outside of the U.S making it tuff to trace. I've gotten the same calls and I just mess with them when they call, cause they will never stop, they'll take a break but they won't stop. Just don't give them any of your personnal info.

I Received a call from the same number, the person stated that his name is Paul Goldman, he has a Jamacan accent. He stated that I won 285,000 dollars, so I pretended to be excited, by yelling into the phone. I advised "Mr. Goldsmith" that since I won this money I would quite my job and move to Jamaica, so that I could smoke weed with him all day long LOL. Sorry but I have gotten these calls before and they never stop calling I have reported these call to my local police department. they are aware of the problem, but can not do much about it because there calls from outside the U.S making it tuff to trace. So since they can't do anything about it I'll just continue to mess with them (the callers) when they call back, BECAUSE THEY WILL CALL BACK lol. I'll keep you all posted and PLEASE REMEMBER NOT TO GIVE THESE CALLERS ANY OF YOUR INFO.

My wife received five continuous phone calls on her cellular number from this "876" number.  The caller says my wife won $1.2 million, if she mails $500.00 in order to received the cash prize.  We have ask this caller not to call again and we wondered how did they obtain her cellular number.  I am submitting an official complaint to have these calls stopped!!! Thanks.

Received call from this number, James Washington, regarding winnings. When I told him I don;t do business with scammers, he became abusive and threatening. Eventually he called back from 876-843-2902 tho further harangue me and also left message on voice mail; all were threatening to kill me, wife, mother...

Harolds1,  I received the same call from a James Washington.  I eventually got him to confess to being a scammer and learned of his real name.  Javoy from Kingston Jacaica.  He is a fake don't give them money.  The key to these kind of things is "If is sounds too good to be true it IS!"

For severapmweeks now, I have been getting calls from this number and similar. Called "International Global Sweepstakes Lottery Ltd. A Mr. Michael Ellis tells me I've won $1.2 million, but I need to send $495.25 via Western Union to Mr. Bose Williams, at 3509 Avenue H, Ft. Worth, TX 76105, ph. # 876-874-6658. I have to give them the receipt number of my payment so they can verify that its me whose the claimant of the package, which they are trying to send to avoid IRS fees.  As soon as they say, you must pay, I stop the call and tell them to stop calling me. I've even told them I've investigated them and found them to be scammers and fraudulent. Today, they called me repeatedly for 15-20 minutes. I wouldn't answer, then I did to tell them to stop calling, and even after I hung up on them repeatedly, they called.  Do I HAVE to call the police?
