This guy has taken my father for thousands of dollars before my dad talked to me about him.  He will not stop calling our house since I have taken my dad in.  Besides the cussing and constant phone calls he has threatened to come and kill me and my family.  Thank you to fnord for the FTC info.  I have also filed a report with the DOJ.

Report them to the FTC.  They are cooperating with Jamaican authorities to get these scammers.

There are a lot of scams coming out of Jamaica (876 Area Code). This one wants you to wire money via Western Union to a contact in Jamaica to release your "winnings".  The callers get really abusive if you all them on the scam, tell them not interested or just hang up.  Best thing is to just not answer any calls that start with 876. Eventually they will give up and move on to someone else.

They also called from this number 876-433-3914.  Always shows up Jamaica on caller ID.  I block the number and he eventually finds another number to call from and get through.

This is an incredibly harrassing man.  The call starts out telling you how you've won a sweepstakes and you need to write down a confirmation number but as soon as you tell them not to call you ever again and call them out on their fraud the man began sexually harrassing me. Telling me how he wanted to f** me and how sexy I sounded. This is a horrible horrible person.  I hope they get caught for trying to fraud people and being harrassing.
