Someone should let these pinheads know that they are losers and that they are extremely poor at trying to scam people of their hard earned cash. Maybe they would save some of their own money by calling residents of their own country and trying to scam them but they would probably just get scammed by their own countrymen without realizing it... " LOSER'S"

I just got one of these calls on my cell.  I never answer anything unless I recognize the number -- or at least if it local.

received this call telling me I won $950,000 and a new 2014 mercedes. while he was talking I was googling his number. before he could finish telling me about the fees the line went dead. I never called back, he never called back. looking up the number revealed it as a scam. beware, give no info.

I got this called and he never asked who he was speaking with but had a very strong accent.  Asked me if I remember signing up for PCH back when? I  said no and that I was all set.  hung up.  Tried calling back and received a busy signal.  I tried again and got a Hello?.  I asked who I was speaking with and no answer only a hang up.  I looked up this number and saw it was a scammer.  DON"T GIVE THEM THE TIME OF DAY!!!!!

I got a call this morning saying that I won 1.7  million and a 2013  Honda  Accord.  The guy did sound weird on the phone.  His voice wasn't right as if he was using some type of  voice changing machine.  He wanted me to get a green dot card of $499  but I told him I only had $100  and he said  that would be fine because it was only to be used as my ticket to claim my prize. I almost fell for it.  my husband googled and told me it was a scam.  I believed it because I had been playing PCH. I wonder how they get our information or if it's someone working for pch  that has access to out info that's doing the scamming!  never again will I fall for something like this!

Same thing just happened with me.  I did place an entry with PCH online about a week ago though.  I wonder if it got picked up from there.  They have been sending MANY annoying emails since then.

they called my mom and  said she had won pch and new car and she would need to pay the taxes on the prize,,,,told them she didnt have that kind of cash,,, the ask me if she could go to walmart and buy a gift card the amount needed to pay the taxes and how long it would take her to get their and back,,, that they could arrive with in 30 min.... I told my mom to call the police and have them waiting on them when they  arrived and have them arrested... they were a noshow

these guys represent themselves as pch and want you to ay the taxes and shipping charges of $1950.00 before delivery can be made  such a strong accent you can hardly understand them      give them no info...  and if you dont they keep dropping your calll   wonder why they didn't bring me my car and $950,000

What I wanna know is, how do they get your number? or do they just random dial? I'm so tired of people ripping other people off! How do you live with yourself scamming on others? I know better than to answer, but I googled it just to see, curiosity I guess....

This is not a toll free "800" number, it is the international long distance code for the island nation of Jamaica. You are charged international and long distance rates for calling this number. Other international/long distance area codes are 809, 284, and 649.

Just got a call from this number, 876-485-9935, but I do not answer when receiving calls from numbers I do not recognize.  The caller left no message.  If someone has a legitimate need for calling me, they'll leave a message.  I'll leave this one alone.

Yes, I got the same call from a male talking VERY slowly.  Told me he was from PH UPS delivery. When asked if I signed up I said no. When he asked if this was my cell phone I said yes and he hung up on me.  Sounded like an idiot!!

Yes I got a call in morning and he said that i had signed up from Publisher's Clearinghouse and that I won. I told him that I did not sign up for anything and then he hung up on me.

Just got  a call from that number giving me his name and a phone number to call his manager to confirm he could deliver my prize.  So I looked the number up, knowing it was a scam.

I have been receiving calls saying that I have won a 2013 Mercedes and a large amount of money. All I have to do is send is $299 and my prize through pch would be delivered to my door

This scam is still going on. Once they ask if you recall sighing up for PCH and you say no, they hang up immediately. The guy sounded retarded, seriously.

Jamaican scammers

We had the same thing happen with us today but they were saying that they were going to be delivering a 2013 camero and a lot of money, and all we had to do was to pay a shipping fee.  If we had won a lot of money couldn't they have deducted their shipping fee from our winnings.  This is such a scam.  I will be turning over the number and details to the fbi.

Just called a prepaid cell phone and said he had a package to deliver to me in the Carolina area and asked me if I remember signing up for something about paying my bills or electric bills on time.  He has a very hard accent but don't think it was Jamaican.  When I told him I hadn't signed up for anything and that he had just called a prepaid cell phone he abruptly hung up on my without another word.  please be aware of this one happening.  If it sounds too good it probably is!  He did not Identify himself with any company so I cannot give that information, sorry.
