i know Kamon campbell and you are very right. He lives in jamaica and yes he is a scam artist. He gets phone lists from the internet or phone books and cold calls people. Unfortunately some people believe him. very ridiculous since he is not very good at what he does. If he ever calls you, hang up. immdeiately. he does not give up easy. And yes he preys on seniors. unfortunately the laws where he is does not protect victims and does  not stop him from what he does as there are no proper set laws for this kind of scam.

Frank White called me stating I had won 6.5 million but I had to send them $499.00 via western union to an offshore bank, in order to avoid paying 45% tax.  I was to send the money to the Agent, Kamon Campbell.  The $499.00 was for a "stamp of approval".  This is a major scam so they can get your money.  They asked if I was a senior citizen.  It appears they are targeting seniors.
