Just received the same call on my cell phone.

I also received a call that was supposedly Publishers Clearing House. I had heard about the 876 prefix scam, so I did not return the call. Thank goodness. Please be careful. I was not at home at the time of my call, and he insisted I call right away to set up the delivery of my new car, etc. I waited until I got home and researched the 876 prefix. Sure enough, it is a scam.
