Just got a call from this number.  Said "I don't know you" and hung up.   Have no idea what his scam is since I hung up.  

Wow Sorry you got scammed!!!...Continue to warn others...But as we all know you do not have to pay to win anything n when in doubt call the PCH to make sure.

Do not trust this call! He said he was with publishers clearing house, which if he really was, he wouldn't be calling you! Follow your gut feeling of "this is a scam", because it is, I know first hand. If you receive a call from this number, by the way, the caller had a thick accent and is living in Jamaica, hang up the phone asap! Call the real publishers clearing house, and let them know, and call the police to make a report. DO NOT SEND MONEY BECAUSE IT IS NON REFUNDABLE AND YOU WILL LOOSE IT FOREVER!!! Please, if this mistake I made will help me in any way, I now have knowledge to help someone else who starts to fall for these lies..

876-562-7691 Caller ID from Jamaica he said his name was David Moore and I won $2.5 million and a 2014 Mercedes Benz from Publishers Clearing House.  He asked if I would be home today and if I had 2 forms of ID.  I played along knowing this was a scam the entire time.  I was curious I suppose.   I was instructed to go to Wal-Mart and buy a Green Dot Money Scratch card for $299 for the purposes of taxes.  He asked how far away the Wal-Mart was, and soon could I call him back.  He also said they would be paying all of my bills for the next 4 years, and I would get free gas at any gas station for the next 2 years.  Awesome!  But, now that I have $2.5 million and a new 2014 Mercedes Benz to sell, I can afford my own bills and gas.  

Received a call from this number this morning. Said I won 2.5 million and a 2013 BMW...told him it was a scam.....I told him I would call him back he gave me the above number. Reported this information to the Attorney General's Office. This is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

Glad Police Got Involved . Trust They Are Out Of The Country Not Going To Burn Anything Down...They Are Soo Awful...Happy Your Grandparents Were Not Scammed Out Of There Money!!

They called my grandparents and said they won money from publishing warehouse and when they got caught in the scam they threatened to kill them and burn their house down. Needless to say cops got involved. They are from Jamaica. Beware!

Several people in my town receiving these calls, mostly the elderly.  They are told the same thing each time, "you won a large prize" from usually PCH, but they need to go and purchase a Green Dot Money Pak card with at least $500.00 on it to "claim their prize".  Alot of people have fallen for it because it sounds legit.  One particular example, the caller was going to come to the house at a specific time to grant the prize.  All he did was call back repeatedly to get the scratched number from the back of the green dot card.  Once they have that number, it's all over.  They will go online and take the money.  I have done several police reports on this, and IT'S NOT A WASTE OF TIME to do them.  I wish everyone would call me to report when this happens.  We have the ability to notify mass quantities of people and we have done that to educate the public on this scam.  Please pass the word on this scam and let's help out our neighbors!  The number on this was 876-562-5187, caller ID listed as JM Kingston, and the caller said his name was Stanley Walker.  Thick Jamaican accent.

Called, but I missed it and they didn't leave a voice mail,  But after reading these other posts, I wish I had answered it.

My mom just received this call at 8:15 this morning. Apparently she won $5 million and a Mercedes Benz. Asked if my mom had two forms of ID and owned her own home. Again, a very thick accent. Mom hung up, he called back one time. I came online to check the number and laughedso hard I nearly cried at some of these posts. Merry Christmas! lol

Called my cell phone today.  I didn't hear the phone and would not have answered anyway as I don't know anyone in Jamaica.  Added the number to my ILLEGAL CALLS contact with a silent ringtone.

Got a call from this number today. The caller ID said Jamaican Call. The guy had an accent and told me I had won 2.5 Mill in PCH. He wanted to see if I would be home so that it could be delivered today. I hung up.

States I am being award 3.5M as part of a rewards program from my creditors.
I told him I didn?t believe that any bank would do that; plus they would not call me on a Saturday and be so unprofessional to call me Buddy in every sentence.
Its Sunday and he is still calling ? calls started at 5am on Sunday insisting this is real, where I hung up on him for being a stupid %#@& and for waking me up at 5am.  Then he switched to a private unlisted number ? it?s now 9:30 am on Sunday and he has called every half hour sometime twice in a row.  I have told him twice I didn't believe him and stop calling, at this point I have no other choice but to ignore the calls and just let him waste his time dialing.
What a stupid SCAM artist.

I recieved a call from this number today stating that he was from ups. in my case i had won 3.5 million from PCH . I was convinced until he said i had to prepay some taxes in the amount of 750.00. He really was convincing because i struggle to pay my bills and this man was right on top of everything. He told me everything about myself even to my relationship with God and how I try to help others. God opened up my eyes to look this number up. THANK YOU JESUS!!!!!

received 2 calls. Said they were UPS and wanted to deliver a package was I going to be home. Told me to call back in 15 minutes cause he was in the middle of doing something else. I knew this was a scam because why call if you were in the middle of doing something else. The man had a heavy Jamaican accent.

This # called my husband's cell phone and thick spanish accent said he had a UPS delivery.  My husband didn't believe him and the man from JM hung up on him.

Got a call from a guy named Bob Washington. Said he was with "The UPS" and needed my name because he had a package he needed to deliver to me.

Really? A police report? why in the world would you waste yours and the police's time? Might as well call the FBI every time you get a email spam. Grow up.

Got a call from this number this morning and this person with a Jamaican accent tells me that it is UPS calling to inform me that a package was scheduled for delivery and would I be home.  First of all I told him there was no package scheduled for delivery - he kept on insisting and said he wanted to talk more, and I just repeated the first thing I told him.  The stupid part of this is that UPS does not work on Saturdays as far as I know and my caller id did not come up UPS, but came up with the number in question.  I just hung up.

Exact same thing but his name was Bobby Washington... Kept on saying. ( Just listen!! Just listen) Wanted us to go to WalMart and purchase a green dot money card and put $1300 on it to pay for 1% tax...    REDICULOUS!!!!!

I too received a call from Bobby Washington, with UPS. Check from PCH for .25 million and plasma tv. Heavy accent, call from Kingston Jamaica. Clearly a scam I hung up.

I just got a call form Jamaica stating he was Bobby Washington with UPS claiming I was the winner of 5 million dollars and a plasma tv from Publishing Clearing House. he asked if I was going to be home in about 1 hour to deliver the check, tv and to collect a $599.00 tax fee. he had a very stong accent difficult to understand. when I asked him where he was calling from he hung up.

Same stories as above.  My husband argued with him for a while just to be obnoxious.  The guy was cursing.  He wanted us to mail him a fee of $500 so we could claim our prizes.  I wish there was a way to stop him because there are probably a lot of people out there that will fall for this scam.

The first call was to my wife and the next to me seconds later. My number is one digit higher than hers. We were very suspicious and refused to give any information We then hung up.

I received this call 20 minutes ago someone named Washington, he asked me if I was going to be home to receive a package, I asked where I get that package, and he began to say some things that I did not understand , then I hung up. It would be good to inform the police.

said my boyfriend called this #  and was charged on our bill for international calling. So not true
