I had the same call.  I won 3.5 million dollars and a mercedes.  I could barely understand his accent so knew it was a fake and he wanted me to go to CVS or Walmart to get a scratch card or something.  I told him I had to work I could call him back after I spoke with my lawyer and fiancial planner then I would call him back...  Hope nobody gives this guy money.

I was told that I had won 5.5 MILLION dollars!! Very good right? This number is said to be their lawyer, i was told he was in a meeting then I was told to call him right away. I told him he just told me he was in a meetting and he was like yes so call back in about 25 minutes! Yea right!! the man I spoke to said his name was Eavie (not sure if I spelt that right, hard to understand the accent!) Williams, the lawyers name is John Williams. He was very insistent that I get at least $80 from somewhere, including Socail Sercurity!!! I flat out told him I can't borrow again S.S. Then he suggested I get a loan, since I told him I could not borrow the money from family or freinds! I REALLY, REALLY would like this to be on the up & up but my gut instincts say it is fake! This would be at least the 4th such call I have reciecved. If memory serves, the first ones were I won cash and a car! Ok, here is the name and number as it appered on my caller id Kingston JM 876-350-9346. The number above of 876-565-5350 was the lawyer the contact number to call when I had the money is 7-876-350-9546. I can only hope and pray no one get  scamed and loses a chuck of money!
