What a looser!!!

I received a call last week from a Dr. Ben Featherman who said that I was pickek as a grand prize winner in the Mega Millions sweepstakes and I have won a 2013"Mercedes and 5.1 Million dollars. I advised him that I had not entered any sweep stakes. I did mention that I entered into a drawing from publishers clearing House, and then he said well congratulations on behalf of P.C andDonald Trump enterprises. Then he said to not tell anyone because you know how families are? He asked if I had a bank account I replied NO why? He said that he would bring me the check all I had to do is pay 351.00 for the delivery fee for the Mercedes and all I had to do is go down to a Wallgreens and purchase a green dot scratch card I told him I didn't have that kind of money he said well purchase the card for 200.00 and not to worry about the rest. I said call me back in 1 hour, and then I called the IRS. I never answered the phone to him again. He has called my phone number 6-8 * a day for the last week. So, then I get a call from another unknown caller (unknown) name so I answered it and now I have a Mr. Tom Goodman but he changed his name half way through the call? I said I'll have you contact my lawyer and he could check him out he isn't to happy about this and kept telling me seeing is believing.. I told him that he could come to where I am at deposit the check and wait the ten or more days until it cleared the bank and only through my lawyer. He said don't you trust me & I said no I sure don't so now he is going to email me a copy of the check and a picture of the car this is to take place in the morning. I am not going to give him My email I will not give him anything. But, someone has to catch these guys. Dr. Ben had a foreign accent and Tom sounds like he has a speaking disability!!!! I don't have any phone numbers to list but this is crazy!!!!

This morning (2/18/14) I received phone calls from a heavily accented John Brown (not very creative) from Kingston, Jamaica (876-459-4911) --- plus other numbers such as 702-330-9024 and 866-996-5997 (to verify prize of $5.1 million and a Mercedes).
I realized it was a scam, but I wanted to hear the full BS. He even said Bill Gates and Warren Buffet are partners in this company!
All I needed to do was to buy a "moneypack reloadable paper card" for $300 today to pay for the delivery charge (from UPS!).
I asked for a web address to verify any thing he said, and no matter how he changed the spelling of his web address, it always came up as "server not found". The correct spelling of "mega" brought up many links that tied his "company" to scams with stories similar to mine and previous posts here. I even read to him some of the scam stories that appeared on all the links associated with his "company", but he still declared that he and the prize that I "won" are legitimate!!!!
I wish there were ways to make these scumbags pay for ruining the lives of the people who believe the story and send the money. And as someone earlier had posted, the government of Jamaica should be ashamed that this financial scam continues unabated, reflecting very poorly on the people and government of Jamaica.  

Got a call from a 876 486 7193 number stating his name was james anderson and I was selected to win 2.5 million and a brand new ride and the lawyer who would be coming to see mr was martin kelly. They worked for none other than the megamillion sweepstakes lottery company. Sais I had to go buy a greendot card from walgreens to present to the lawyer. Ppl please be assured if you won some jamaican wouldn't be the one calling you especially from a cellphone from Jamaica.

..Igor a call said I won 3.5 million and  M.B. car   . The no. was 513-442-0023. Wanted me to run to a western union and do a money gram. That amount  499.00 .  Told me not to tell W.U. that I was sending or to a family member.   As soon as I got off the phone I got another call from Jamica , 876-894-8652, where I won 2.3 million from PCH.  Had to send 499.00 fee.I was on the phone with this nut and got another call from Ohio said he was with P&G sweepstakes. Well, Bill called. I won the readers digest/Donald Trump/walmart/target sweepstakes. 337,000 plus Mercedes Benz. Just moneygram 400.00 dollars for shipping car to UPS accountant cheryl stewart, but wait, cheryl is not in the office jason stewar(really. they  are married and accountants and both work for UPS! ok). I had my reservations about the call and played along. googled address of course fake called him said i cant verify where to send my money he said i could not find it cause i was the first to look up the address online, really. i said i will call ups just to make sure i got the right info he then says ok go ahead and do what you gotta do. lol . He calls back. this is fun

I received a phone call from a MARK ANDERSON- very heavy accent the #  on my caller ID was1*876*541*4939, telling me that I won 2nd place in the MEGA MILLIONS LOTTERY by paying my utility bills on time and by my purchases at Wal-Mart, and that a certified check would be delivered to my house at 1 p.m. by UPS. He continued to say I would have to go to a Walgreens and purchase a $500 green dot money pack and he said he would stay on the phone with me while I went to get it. I told him that I do not use my cell phone while driving so he told me to call him once I get it. He also told me that I didn't need to tell anyone about it because they would come at me for my winnings. He gave me his call back info phone # 7*876*541*4939. I of course know it is a scam so I am waiting for a call back. One thing is I just moved to OK and the only place that has been given my address is my sons school and my place of employment. I haven't officially moved from AR- when I told him this and asked how they would know where to deliver the check he said a friend must have entered me into the lottery! I sent an email to the real Lottery people about it and looked on line to see what other people had posted!

I got a call several times even at work and i hang up.  Today I decided to play along.  He consisted to have me send money $399.  Then he said ill pay $150 and you pay the rest.  I started to pretend to cry and he starts acting like hes a freind and he will call the company.  ITs so funny as to how they are so consistent with this.  He said to call him in the AM.  All i am gona say is why dont you pay for it and when i get my money ill pay you back,  We can even put it in writing.  He wont agree I bet because its a joke.  What scum bags.

I got a call today from John Baker 876-285-5060 saying I have won $2.5 Million and a 2013 Mercedes, wanted me to send 1% for taxes because they have paid 99%. Sounds like a scam to me.....

The Jamaican scammers are now using a NYC  phone number 1-929-268-0977. Initially request $125. via
GREEN DOT scratch off phone card to start the reward process, then require $550. for various IRS stamps
to include in their paper work before delivery by UPS. also using GREEN DOT phone cards. Finally asking for $3,500. for a Federal Reserve stamp. These guys are very well organized, emailing pictures of big checks ($550,000)  made out to your name, past winners and officers of MEGA MILLIONS SWEEPSTAKES. These crooks should be procecuted to the full extent of the law. The principal crook in my case was CHESTER RIDER.

These calls (i.e. claiming I had won a "prize package") began on Tuesday,  March 5th and have continued every day since. Despite the number the calls, the only thing I have been able to determine is they claim to represent "Mega World" and insist my package is on the way. I'm having a tough time properly classifying the accent of this scum - initially, I thought it was Indian but now I am not quite certain. In any event, will commence with Level 2 counterattack.

Got a call early this morning from 876-414-6229 Make a Million Sweepstakes and Lottery. I was to pay $250 for a gold stamp on the package and they wanted to make the delivery today via Brigg Homeland Delivery Service. I asked where she was calling from and she said she was in Louisiana.  I asked the address of the company and she said 303 Carson Avenue, Las Vegas, NV.  These people have called the house several times already and we did receive an email similar to this also.

Ahhh yes they called me today while i was at work 1 876 843 4556. Lol by the end of the day i finally told him i work for the gov. He then quickly said "ILL CALL YOU BACK.... lol needless to say he never called back after that .

Today I received about 6 calls from 702347-3638.  the call was so garbled, I couldn't understand him & told him I wasn't interested. He kept calling back.  Finally, told me to check my e-mail.  It was in the "junk" from Mega Millions, sweepstakes & Lottories, Inc. (notice lotteries is misspelled.  The letter wanted $12,899 for me to claim $350,000 & the 2012 Mercedes.  I told him to bring cash & I would count out what he needed. Naturally, that wouldn't work.   He said a sweepstakes isn't like the lottery, you have to pay upfront.  AS IF - - I told him if I had $12,899 laying around, I wouldn't need his sweepstakes money.  He will call tomorrow. they don't want to take NO for an answer.   Yes, there should be some way to stop these people, but all we can do is JUST SAY NO!!

A man claiming his name was David Sowyer (how he spelled it) called several times from the number 1-876-832-1615 and sounded like he was from India. He said my mother (Itold him I would take the info FOR her because she couldn't hear well)won 7th place in a MegaMillions sweepstakes.The prize was 17 million dollars and a 2012 Mercedes Benz with 2 years insurance from Geico.He said the care was coming from one place, a cashiers check from another..He mentioned Houston,Tx, and Calif.After several questions (for his verification purposes,)he said Mom would only have to pay the shipping on the car of $499.99 and after reciept of this money,sent to Nancy Grube @ P.O.Box 3144 Redondo Beach,Calif.90277,this is supposidly the companies treasurer,they would hear they had the "Shipping fee"and get the check and the car delivered to Mom.

I have been calls from these numbers 876-463-3433, 876-489-4040,876-463-3433 and 876-383-5957 saying that I have won 2.5 million and that I have to send they money so the package can get thur US Custom. So I send the money but now they got stop by the FBI and I have to send more money. By the way here is and other number they have called from 855-764-4688. And thery are using green dot money pac card.
