This man told me he was from the Delivery Service Department. He has called 28 times in less than 3 days. It is making me crazy, and the police have told me that there is nothing they can do because it is a call from Jamaica.

He has benn calling my home for 2 years, as many as 15 times an hour.  Nothing I have tried has gotten him to stop and the police say they can't do anything because 876 is not a toll free number it is a Jamaican area code.  Since it is out of the country they can't pursue legal action against him and advised me to change my phone number.

5 days so far of multiple phone calls a day, as many as 12, maybe more, from a man with a heavy accent and broken english.  Bad connection and very difficult to understand.  Says he is calling from Global International.  Asked him multiple times not to call back but continues to call.  Even get calls at 1 AM, 4 AM, 7:30 AM as well as throughout the day.  Today he has called from 5 different numbers, all with 876 area code. I hung up the first day after he said he can see on the computer that I pay my bills on time and I told him I didn't want to talk to him.  Nothing seems to stop him from calling.
