It's a scam. The caller ID said they're from Jamaica, talked to a few guys with a thick accent that said they're from a call center in New Jersey. They wanted me to mail them a check to pay for delivery of my winnings of $500,000. I called the "manager" a liar and hung up on him, before reporting the fraud a few minutes later.
