they have called over and over, claiming my wife won a prise, she needs to send money to claim her prise, or call a number in jamica, no thanks ,i wish i could get these calls blocked, its a scam , trust me

Ripped off my mother for over $1,000.  Promised her a new car after payment. Can anyone offer any help or suggestions?
