Caller tried to address me by name and city of residence, twice, then hung up.

I have been receiving a call from this number, usually I do not answer it since I do not recognize it. This time on 1/22/2010 at 09:15am I answered it a guy asked for me by name, then just laughed and hung up, I tried call it back and it said that the number I called is not in service. Does anyone know what this is

Same here. This number keeps calling and disconnect. I called back and it sounds like a disconnected number.

Keeps calling and disconnects when I answer the call. If they want someone else, they should ask for them.
