the Caller claimed to work for a company offering protection against Identity Theft.  they will ask you for your bank routing number and checking or savings acct number so they can start protecting you right away.  also they will claim to have all your bank info and that they just need for you to verify it.  (smells like they are the ones doing the ID theft scam)   they called my parents and urged my mother to retrieve one of her checks and read the info to them.  fortunately I was around and started questioning the representative who after a couple of question just stopped responding.  BEWARE.

they are Lendestoy & Asoc., they are a Telemarketing Company who calls you and ask you bout ure routing and account number (allegedly they are calling you from you're bank but thats not true)... after they have youre account and routing number, they make a charge of $ 199 or  $149.99 or both to youre account....

i know it because i worked with they for 2 days and when i see what i was doing i left them....

WOW.....so I'm not alone!!!  I am out of my  mind about these charges taken out of my ACCT.  $4.95, then $25.00, then $49.95.  I've called the company twice and received NO satisfaction..UNBELIEVABLE.  The person I spoke to I could hardly understand.  He was very ruede!  That number was 866-318-5007.  He stated that he cannot reimburse the $25.00 back to my account unless I return the coupon book I received in the mail.....I RECEIVED NO COUPON BOOK, NO MAGAZINES, FILLED OUT NO FORM TO CHOSE MAGAZINES...HOLY COW am I frustrated.  Then he gives me a different number for the other two charges in my acct Discovery Enterprise...800-340-2457.  Well of course they closed at 5:00 and I called at 5:01!!!  I demanded the number and address of the headquarters, which he gave me the address...but, oh yea, get this, they are NOT ALLOWED to give out theh phone number for the headquarters......WHAT!!!!!  I am so frustrated right now...WTF!!  I intend to go to my bank tomorrow to report these people for taking money from  my acct which was not authorized.  UGGGGG

i also go a call, except i fell for it, they never sent me anything, they just started charging my card. i just called the bank, and i changed my card and am going to fill out a despute. the guy that i talked to also had a very deep middle eastern accent. he claimed his name was robert smith. and the phone number they give to call and cancel doesnt work

Got a call again today from someone with strong hispanic accent again saying he was from Merchant Auto Pay Services. They are harrassing me again, probably because I reported them to the Florida Dept of consumer affairs.
 I strongly urge anyone with any contact with these people to contact the Florida department of consumer affairs.  Inside Florida the phone # is 800/435-7352 and out of state contact phone # is 1-850-488-2221.  Or you can go to the Fl Department of Consumer Affairs website and file a report online.

Same MO as listed from other persons who have written about them on this blog.  They wanted my debit or credit card information to pay the shipping cost of $6.95. I asked for their phone # so as to call them back with a pre-paid credit card from a store.  They claimed that this would not be possible, I then offered to get a money order from the Post Office or cash given to the UPS worker.  They declined these offers.  I am glad to see this blog regarding this scam.  STAY AWAY FROM MERCHANTS!!!!

my wife had received a call from this phone number,  2-562-487-1214 now the 2 would be from a serious of numbers for a different Country. 2 being the last number I'm sure, as she may have won the cards and found out it was a scam from on here, They have asked for credit card number to pay for the small fee. if you won something, you don't have to pay for it, unless it's taxes. she wasn't awake and not thinking at the time as she gave the card number over the phone.  so we reported the card as stolen and now any charges from them won't be taken out.

they also gave the number of 1-877-200-6093 also. my wife called them, and someone did answer and they asked her about the last 4 digit of her SSN. and her name, and then told her that they don't have any info on her. or any call's to her.

I got a call this evening from a hispanic woman identifying herself as "Nicole Rodgers" from Merchant Auto Pay Services.  She told me that I had been chosen as a good customer to receive a free $1000 grocery card and a $40 gas card as a thank you for being a good customer.  I told her that I didn't believe her and she says oh yeah, it sounds too good to be true right, but it is true.  All I have to do is giver her my credit card # to pay the $6.99 shipping and handling to send me these free cards.  I told her no, I'm not giving her any credit card and that she is a scam artist and trying to rip me off.  I asked for her real name and phone # and address of the company.  She got pissed off and kept saying, "you think I'm stupid?"  Yeah, I think she's stupid.  I hung up on her.  She called me back 7 times and hung up on my husband and me while we repeatedly told her to never call us.  
She told me that Merchant Auto Pay Solutions is in Clearwater FL.  But here is the real address: 35 NE 40th St, Miami FL 3137.  Owned by Kacey Crouch- 1040 Biscayne Blvd #2104, Miami FL 33132.  Merchant Auto Pay Solutions - tax ID # 208815764.  I encourage you to report any fraud to FL department of Consumer Affairs at 800/435-7352.

i keep getting these calls for my bf, sometimes no one answered when i picked up the phone. they wont leave a msge and call way too much. was very pushy fully english-speaking female named ashley-no last name- no business just some girl demanding to speak with my bf.neither of us can even get a credit card, have one 5month old cell phone bill that we pay in full every month- no outstanding bills either. another website says they call from telco- but i worked for a THE telco call center(we had bought them out) and provided specifically extended warranty services and replacements ONLY. nothing about free gift cards though- just to make sure im also gonna call the bank to check for any outstanding amount(cuz my pay was just deposited in there).

These people just did the same thing to me as they did to everyone else. The person who called me had a strong accent like someone from india of some middle eastern country. This lady told me at first that i had won a 1000 dollars grocery gift card  and a 40 dollars coupon for gas.At first i was really skeptical and some how  knew it could be a scam so i asked her some question like how i won this and where is she calling from, however she answer all the question but i was still one step a head of them because when she asked me for my card number i gave them a card that had only 20 dollars in it. Long story short they asked for my address, card number, a car make and modeland my mailing adress.After i finished taking to them i went online and looked up the info they gave me,only to find this site and all the other messages. I then called my card holder and canceled the card immediatly.

I recieved a call from a guy name Simon who offered me the $1000 in grocery card, and the $40 in gas. He then transferred me to Charlotte, who convinced me that they were not a scam, and if they were by that time they had enough of my information to charge me card whatever. She then tranferred me to an automative that she was actually pressing the prompts. Some of the repsonses I gave wrong, entionally, to see if this was so; sounded like it, and i was right. I hung up before the process was over and she called me back, re-itterating what she'd said earlier. I still had this gut feeling but when through with it anyway. I was on line trying to locate the company and the only thing i got was the city and state. After some searching I came across this website. I then called one of the numbers given to me for cancellation and spoke with Anthony Martinez. He couldnt find my information by searching with my phone number nor my confirmation number. I found this to be even more disturbing; i'd just finished the order 5 minutes prior. Anthony did give me more information; is it true. Company's address:1040 Biscayne Blvd Suite#2102, Miami, FL 33132. Go figure, they said Clearwater. I'm not sure of the adjacent of the two but it smells like a scam. I'm grateful that I dint' give the debit card that had the most money. I'd probably be in a really bad situation, being that I'm umemployed. It sounded good, especially now. JUST DON'T DO IT..........NOT WORTH ALL THE TIME I'VE SPENT THIS MORNING DEALING WITH THIS UNWANTED ISSUE.......

i never got a call from these people but yet somehow they got a hold of my bank account information and charged $500.00 for insurance i NEVER asked for, when i called them they spoke only spanish, and said they could not give me any information. not even there address or a CEO office i can call..

AS AN INSURANCE AGENT I AM RECEIVING CALLS FROM MY CLIENTS STATING THAT THEY HAVE RECEIEVED SEVERAL CALLS FROM A FEMALE REQUESTING THEIR BANK INFORMATION AND THAT SHE IS CALLING FROM MY OFFICE.  IN ADDITION AT TIMES A MALE CALLS TO FOLLOW UP THE ORIGINAL CALL.  I ADVISE EVERYONE TO NOT PROVIDE ANY BANK OR INSURANCE INFORMATION TO ANYONE THAT CALLS.

Two $2.95 charges appeared on my bank statement and I called this number they had me on hold over one hour today and I was then disconnected I am going to try again on Monday. I have never received a call from this number I called my bank and they gave me this number as the number linked to the charge. BEWARE!!!

A charge of $200.appeared on my bank account.  Bank has been unable to identify the company, except for the phone number.

I am really upset somehow these people charged me 2 times $3.47 and later on $49.99 I am trying to call the number but I don't get the hold of anyone.

These people called themselves merchantautopay.com.  They somehow got my elderly mother's account number and charged it for $24.99 for ID theft protection. She swears she never spoke to them.  I referred this to the bank who say they will investigate.  Hopefully they will be exposed and shut down.  It's a scam.

Do not give personal information to this company.  Please look up company with Better Business Bureau (BBB) online. The Company appears to have fraudulent practices. The woman who called would not give me information about her company.
