I had been receiving calls from them since 2011 about a debt I had with them. Eventually we went to court and settled. A couple of months ago I received a letter saying that I had to call them urgently to finish settling my debt or they were going to garnish my wages. I am unemployed and there's nothing I can do. I called them and a lady named Victoria or Virginia forgot her name. I explained my situation and she started threatening me that they were gonna proceed and take my stuff away. Not only that my bill had doubled do to non payment. What!!! That's crazy it went from $1,400 to $2,900. I told her I was not paying that because the judge ruled $1200 she then told me to pay the $1200 up front and she wouldn't charge me the "interest". These people scam and harass u if u let them. Know ur rights and don't let them punk u around. When I told her I would be suing them for fraud she never called back.

this people have being calling me and harrasing my family by texting and calling them and me about my debt which is 100 dollar that I went behind because I got laid off and I told them if I can make payments of 30 dollars but now they said because I went behind 30 days I owe them 500 dollars they keep saying I have to pay them those 500 dollar or they would send me to court even tho I told them I'm willing to pay 39 dollars since I lost my job and I'm full time student so what should I do? For everyone out there wondering if La Curacao really sues yes they do file papers in Civil Court and they do enforce judgements so don't take it for granted the next time someone from ADIR International calls trying to negotiate because that really is your last chance to do something before it's too late.

A lady called, asking for my wife and when she awnser she was told that she need to tell her brother to a # they give her and a case #. and told her, that her brother was being sued, they did not want to see from who and for what. they also called from a blocked #. really sketchi. did not make any sence. be carefull.

These people are harassing my husband telling him they're going to sue him! They are very rude they even called my husband " thief and delinquent " they told him ge has court nex Mon and that they will send a sheriff to his job to give him the papers. these people are a fraud not lawyers just a collection agency saying they are lawyers and they are sending you to court and your contacts. Because at first theey always call your contacts first and harass your family and friends. then they start calling you at home work which ever number you gave the place you got credit with whether it be La Curacau or Casa leaders or which ever place you owe. Just tell them you have a lawyer and that you will have your lawyer call them back to get all his info trust me they will stop because they are doing thing s they should not be doing to the consumer

or just simply tell them you will be reporting them to

My sister recieved a text message claiming they have a case number on me, but I have check my credit report and no debts are on collections and I have never requested credit form anybody that I know.

I received the same call about 5 days ago. They do seem to have information relating the person they are looking for. When I told them I hadn't seen this person for a while they started to threaten me by saying that I was going to be held responsible. They spoke only in spanish and they even gave me a case number. When i told them to stop threating me that I didn't care this lady turned into a rude and violent b.....!!!! I took her information and let the guard down, cause I didn't know what this was all about. After going through some of your posts I have no doubt whatsoever that this is a scam. I also took the liberty to report the number and the lady that called me to to Florida Attorney General's office. i suggest you all do the same. Don't give into this unscrupulous individuals. Next time they call, I will refer them to the Attorney general and the Better Business Bureau.

de este numero 12132589014 asi dise el mensaje llame por un asunto muy delicado numero al 1877 201 3426 ex 268 luego llame y me dijo una senora que tenia una deuda de mas de 2800 dolares y que estaba demandado y que me ba a llebar a corte y que tenia que presentsar social  lisencia de conducir tambien me dijo que me ba a embargar mis propiedades o mi sueldo   SON UNOS PILLOS
