Multiple calls from this #. I have an answering machine and never a message left. I am on DNC list. If the NSA is so sharp why isn't someone at the agency assigned to track nuisance calls?

The anti-virus software on my computer also is adaptable to my smartphone with extremely helpful call blocking.  It's well worth the yearly subscription.  Irritating nuisance calls like this are effortlessly blocked forever.  I recommend Norton Anti-Virus multi-device protection.  My cell never even rings.  The ONLY way I know that they've even attempted a call is when I check my blocked calls list from time to time.  The scam people are relentless.  My call blocker is vigilant.  I am no longer bothered by unwanted calls.

I get a call from this number several times a day. I do not answer, but would like to know who has this number and why do they kept calling. Is number 877 202 9821 a scram?

The Armed Forces Association          is a legit organization   wanting donations for vets and families.
armedforcesassociation.org          I donated a  coule of times however they started calling me every three months or so
wanting money sometimes calling three times a day.   i have told them several times to stop calling i will no longer donate.
I asked them why I should donate to them because they never did anything for my husband who is a 100% disable vet. I told them i need my money more than they do.    again last night they called and my son chewed them out.I have already put them on the do not call list it does no good.     Did you know  businesses can purchase all the phone numbers in a single area code for $75       and yes they get them from the do not call list business, federal Trade Commision. that is why we all keep getting calls.    After I put my home and cell numbers on the do not list   I started getting more calls.

Have called my elderly, sick mother-in law's number at least a half a dozen times today, and just called again at 9:00 p.m. We do not answer and will try to figure out call blocking on this number.  Disgusting and predatory on the elderly.

I called the number back and got an answering machine. They wanted me to make my pledge on the answering machine. You all know they listen to every message on the machine don't you? Do you think they would pass up a chance to scam someone? Of course they wouldn't so why not call and leave a bunch of messages or maybe just some moments of silence? You are only returning the favor of the calls they made to you. What do think they could do to stop all the messages? Call the law? I think not.

Tis the season.  Regardless of what funding organization you are calling for, do not call here after 8:30 pm and at 8:15 am.  I may not be pleasant with people invading my privacy at that time of day.

These folks never take no for an answer; they are bad pennies and just keep coming back.

I just decided to track how many phone calls in the past few days we receive from these people.  We have informed every organization that we will only donate locally - yet they continue to call.  As they are not the only organization to do so, our phone literally rang over 10 times yesterday with these types of calls while we were trying to relax. Truly sick of it!  Filed a complaint with National Do Not Call Registry and the FCC Trade Commission.  It better stop!

I keep getting calls from this number asking for the lady of the house -- avery rude gentlemen asked me to donate to the veterans -- I politely deferred and hung up, we will se if they call agin.

Got a call from this number but didn't bother to answer.  What I've been doing when telemarketers call, however, is when they ask for Mr/Mrs so and so, I say "Sure, hold on a minute, I'll go get her/him."  Then I set the phone down and walk away for a few minutes and don't pick up again.  After awhile, they'll hang up.  This uses up their valuable calling time "waiting" for the person they called to come to the phone.  Just don't forget to hang the phone back up after they hang up!

This is United States Armed Forces Assoc. Previous comment here says it is a 501c for vets.
My children are in the USAF & USMC, so I support our military every chance I can...DIRECTLY IN THE HANDS OF MY LOCAL VFW.
I do not trust when people call me begging for $. If you ever want to throw a stick in their spokes, ask them for the % that goes directly to the vets and what goes to overhead. THEY WILL CRAP THEIR PANTS AND EITHER HANG UP OR TRANSFER YOU.

Just blocked this number. Tired of Scott calling numerous times a day!!!! This has to be a scam!!

Hi everyone. I too got a call from this #. No message and they called 3 times already today. I got a voip service a few years ago and luckily most voip companies allow you to block any calls you get sick of for free. I use a company called itpvoip.com who I love, but you can just as well use vonage or many other voip companies (I'm not pushing any one in particular). It may not be for everyone but I can tell you I have about 45 numbers so far in my block list and counting! I hate junk calls!

You have me cracking up here!   All I ever do is hold the phone next to the TV.  I will try your idea!  HAHAHA

They just called.  Very rude kept talking and I said I am not contributing I started yelling at them and said do not call again
I hung up .   Sounds like a scam to me.  Hope he does not call again.  He even new my name,

continual calls; no message, just needless interruptions that interfere with my work and sleep.

Dumbass did call many times to my landline phone. I did not answer the phone.

I received 4 calls on Tuesday and 2 on Wed. that I know of from "Scott with a veteran's association". Each time the person came on very strong. He would ask for my husband by first name and would hang up immediately if I responded he was not available.  I tried to say I would have him call back, I would take a message, etc. and each time he hung up without even responding.  I called the number back and got a recording that it was the US Armed Forces Association.  That number did not correspond with the one on the website.   -- And, why didn't he say he was with the US Armed Forces Assn instead of a veteran's association? --I have read the posts below and inspite of  the one that claimed it was a legit organization, I don't feel the person calling was.  If he did work for the organization, then he definitely needs additional training on conducting the calls.

These people have called my phone at least 6 times just today. Just finished calling, will not answer the phone and it just keeps ringing. They don't leave a message and the caller ID states Toll Free Call. I am sick of these people, they call all day long from early am (like 8:00am, until late night like 10:00pm). I don't want to talk to you and please stop calling my phone. Stupid people, maybe I will take the suggestions here and invest in a whistle and an air horn. At least then, I could get some of the frustration out from these saps.

They keep calling and asking to speak to my wife.  High pressured request for money.  She has asked them to stop calling and they continie to call.  

Have been receiving harassing phone calls from this number for weeks now.  unbelievable these people.  Scott - you can go f*ck yourself.

11/03 20:06 Last night.  Just never gives up.  Obviously can't take a hint since blocked and not getting answer from my number.  Wonder if a sledge hammer would do the trick (in whatever form that might take).

11/03 20:06 Called but since already blocked only rang once.  What really annoys is that they don't give up, no matter how many times there is no answer.  All hours of day and night.  With as many reports as there are here would think number could be shut down.

Received another Sunday evening call. I was half asleep and answered the phone by mistake. Some man was actually on the line. Asked for my husband and I said who is this anyway, just a minute I will turn the sound down on the T V. He hung up. Who is this creep that keeps calling 7 days a week ? My husband said he wouldn't talk to this person anyway.

I can't believe they would even call on a Sunday morning.  These call are a intrusion on my home life.  I have put them on the do not call list.  There is not any information for this number on the white pages reverse look up.  Very suspicious.  I'm tired of all these calls disturbing me during times with my family, dinner time, when I am resting or napping, when I am entertaining, or in bed for the night.  It's not right that these people have the right to wake me up at night when I have to go to work in the morning.  I can not always go back to sleep right away.  The goverment seems to want to control stupid things like how much soda we can drink, what kind of light bulbs we use in our house, etc.  What they should be doing instead is spending that time making sure that the National Do Not Call list   WORKS !!!  so that we can have peacful times in our home.  It should be our right to be able to control these kind of constant calls which intrude on our home life
