They call stating that I have a "case" pending, make it sound like they are a police or investigation agency. This is a collection agency.

Received a call today from 614-336-4207. The same Luann at extension 311 as my previous entry left the message. I had to listen to the message several times to catch the call back number, again. Luann did not state which company she was with. I did a web search for the phone number and ended up with information for a company called Recovery One in Ohio:
