run away!!!!  RUN AWAY.  i looked and saw that for 3 months, these 2 separate charges had been coming out of my bank account.  877-205 7023 just rings and play music, no one is going to answer the phone.  by the way, they have the audacity to say on the recording that you will not get prior money refunded to you!!!  i got got from the google scam that costs just $1.
i finally gave up on them and called my bank.  they had to cancel my card because they said that as long as the card is active, the charges will continue to come out

Got scammed from the website for Government Grant Solutions. Same as everyone else that posted here. These are the company names I had show up in the charges, Identity Security, VPA Fraud Protection, and Government Grant Solutions. I did see in some of the emails I received from this company a Florida address. This is the second time I have had issues with a company from Florida. The other was a time share scheme. Needless to say I will not do business remotely with any company from Florida again if they are going to keep their regulations so relaxed that companies can do this. Anyway make sure you call all of these numbers and get confirmation numbers from each for canceling your account. Also wait through the pre-recorded message. You will get to talk to someone. And last even though the message is the same for two of the numbers hold on and cancel the account on both of them even though it sounds like the same company. Good luck!

I have been ripped off too, I live in Australia and ringing the numbers provided costs me more money, you wouldn't know if these people have an email address.

These folks have a slick scam going.  Where are the Internet police?  I'm surprised how difficult it is to get these guys off your account.

You have to watch since there's three companies swapping numbers. I called my CC company and they filed a dispute and I was refunded the money that was taken out of my account. But the b*****ds still have my CC number, so they simply switch to a different plug and gut me for the same $9.95 every month. I will be cancelling my card immediately so they can't keep doing this, and then I will be content to work at McDonalds for the next five years to pay off my student loans rather than get sucked into one of these damn traps again. Things make you desperate. Just use your common sense.

I found this charge on my bank account and when I called them I found out it was through a product I ordered online.
Just goes to show you that if you buy something online you have to read all the fine print.

Did we all get taken at about the same time? I had to close my account also. There are currently at least three of them operating together. When I asked for the name of their CEO--"This is an internet company. We do not give out that information." When I asked where the call center was located: "This is an internet company we do not give out that information." And so on, and so on. I also think they change and exchange phone numbers regularly. I also believe these are off shore and then bounce back numbers. This is a real scam. I don't trust them period. They say it will take about 7-10 days for the refund. (It didn't take 7-10 days for them to get the money out of my account.)I'll believe it when I get my money back. I'm glad the bank took this serious. It might also help if you can get the bank's fraud dept. to make the call for you when requesting your money back. I still have another company to go. I also think we should write letters of complaint to the initial website, our state's consumer protection agency, and our state's attorney general. The bank said they could not process it as fraud because I gave the initial company the number.

I just had to close out my CC and get a new one because of these guys, as well as fill out dispute forms from my credit union. They have all sorts of charges. The recurring from Google success kit (which is not listed as recurring when you sign up and has no way of stopping the charges once you become a member,) something called Fraud Protection, some nickle and dime ISA fees, and Identity Security. I've seen scammers, but these guys don't make any bones about it. The key at this point is alerting whomever does there CC processing, and getting them shut down as high risk (unless they are processing through foreign turf).

Got a charge on my checking account from "Identity Security" with this phone number next to it.  Probably something I got signed up for automatically from some work at home BS that I bought on-line for $1.  Ended up getting charged $30 from that company that I bought it from and then $9.95 from "Identity Security" and $4.95 from "Fraud Protection."  Just remain on the line until they pick up and they will cancel it for you.  Make sure you get the confirmation number.  This is a nice $45 lesson for me to read the fine print on stuff. By the way if you also have a charge for the "Fraud Protection" the phone number is (866) 3872521.

Folks I did get a hold of this number and they first said that I had signed up for this government grants and that it was in the fine print of the conditions that some of us rarely read.    The person tried not to refund me but eventually I convinced him.  I advised him of this info you all proivded and threated to report them.  I even got a confirmation number  the number I dialed was this 877-2057023  I held for about 5-10minutes.

I got a so called credit report for free . I will look up the name of it and enter later . There are 3 scams you will get hit with and each will rob your debit account . IDENTITY SECURITY 8772057023 FROM IA (INDIANA) $9.95. FRAUDPROTECTION 8663872521 IA (INDIANA) $4.95 . GOOGLESUCCESSKIT 8663410767ROM IA (INDIANA)$29.95 and $1.00 . You can call and cancell but they will keep your money . Best way to avoid this is read the fine line on free trials . Just do not except them no matter how tempting  , They are all scams . They figure you will not fight for that small amount they charge you . They make it hard to cancell and everyone of them should be in jail . I am reporting all three related scams to the attorney gereral .

Just to let you know that I did finally get to talk to a real person named Alicia. I explained to her that I did not want this and wanted my money back. They agreed to refund the last 9.95 they took but that was all, but at least I got it stopped. Hang in there till you get a real person. This was about 5 min ago.  1-21-09- 2:00pm central time. Good luck and this is one of those sneeky companys that says you sign up when you order Aci berry. Which I didn't order either and had to call them to get them to cancel and refund.

This phone number is listed as a cancellation number for services from Identity Theft Protection Center. This number has a recorded message that refers you to a website that does not exist. Unable to cancel your free temporary membership, your bank account will be charged amonthly fee. I will be working with my bank to avoid any fees being charged to my account.
