it's probably for someone who currently lives there. i was getting calls from duke energy for someone who lived at the house i just moved into. apparently if a working number shows up for an address the creditor can get that number and start harassing the CURRENT resident to try to get money. and on that note if your number was associated with that address and the current resident cancels their phone because they aren't paying bills the creditor will call other numbers associated with that address to try to collect money.
Duke actually had the audacity to claim i knew the person and just refused to have them call me. um no, the person was probably evicted because she didn't pay rent either. why would i know who she was or where she is. duh.

just started calling me I haven't lived in that address in 2 or 3 years and before I moved the garbage was billed thru water so if I didn't pay water than the garbage didn't get paid and I had water.

yea Waste Management. they screwed up on the entire 3-year contract then claimed it wasn't really a contract and they could change the amount they charge anytime they want and we have to pay up. well now they NEVER sent a final bill - which we would have disputed. instead they are trying to scare us into paying their outrageous charges. hey we wouldn't have switched had Waste Management honored their agreement.

First they call like they know you and once they get the money you don't show up in the computer or somthing I need my money back ... Money doesn't grow on trees

Company is called   EOS CCA   700 Longwater Drive Norwell, Massachusetts  Diresct # 303-267-4100.     Collection Company mainly for Waste Management Trash Company.   Waste Management screwed up my initial bill and several other bills.  This company is trying to collect for Waste Management mistakes.

Same here. I refuse to pay my waste management bill.  They didn't service the container originally, then they didn't come the 2 times I called, so I said I would only pay half my bill, since they only made 1 of the 2 monthly pickups.  They said that wasn't acceptable, and I told them to get their dumpster and go.  They then charged me for the next month even though I told them to get it.  I'm willing to pay for 1 of the 2 pickups they made during the month, not for our last 2 months of service.

Waste Management screwed up my final bill.  This company is trying to collect on their part.

They have called twice.. and just hang up. leaves the 8772062600 number.
i called it once but was busy. reverse look up shows nothing on this number.

# has been calling every buisness day at almost 9pm.  Never leaves a message, and diconnects if I answer. I called it back and the message said to call back during business hours.  But they call Meagher business hours.

Calls me a few times everyday! Never leaves a message!!! Very annoying the very first few times i answered it was a recording telling me to hold.  Ppffttt f-- you! Get your lazy a** up and dial the number yourself. So i hang up. Still get calls daily. Got a long voice message once of nothing from them..

I HUNG UP THE PHONE THE FIRST COUPLE TIMES BUT NOW IM GETTING MAD. I TRIED TO CALL IT BACK  BUT A RECORDING SAID DONT USE A 1 OR 0 INFRONT OF NUMBER THE NEXT ONE SAID I  NEEDED TO PUT A 1 OR A 0. IN FRONT OF NUMBER. i ALSO TRIED TO DISENGAGE  ONE TIME AND THE RECORDING WOULDNT STOP EVEN WITH ME REPEATEDLY PRESSING THE HOOKS  THE OTHER TIMES I JUST HUNG UP THIS IS MY HOME PHONE.
