Recieved a call from Ms/Mrs Foxworth regarding a payday loan from 2010 that I have already paid another third party, whom I can't find. Now they are trying to come after me again for the same loan. She is threatening me to press charges for theft of service for a return check. She refuse to show me any documents or give me the number to the orginial loan creditor. Whom I can't find anymore as well. At this point she can press charges and I will pay. At least I will know it will be taken care of finally.

Got a call from a person who said they were a officer foxworthy from a 404-921-9780 no and told my Mom, my job and sister in law that I was going to jail if I did not call this number back and that I owed a internet loan from over ten years ago. I never had such loan. They always call around tax time too They ask for info on me and are very rude. They leave a message for me to call a Shiloh Browning and associates in Atl I get the same thing. Looked them up all they have is a cheap web page and bbb has nothing on them. They have a p.o. box as an address. All they have on me is a social no and an old bank that I use to bank at long time ago! No address or anything, They really are the worse and I'm not giving them anything!
