got the same text today around 3:15, it's a scam indeed, they want to charge $1 to your credit or debit card in order to send you the so called gift card....

got a text message saying i filled out a survey i didnt. told me needed a one time s&h fee of 1.00 from my credit card as soon as i said i didnt own a credit or debt they hung up.

Dollar Savings Club is offering the $50 Target gift card, a 50% off dining card and YOU have to pay the $6.95 shipping charge. They CLAIM that they got your information from YOU filling out a survey either on the phone or on the internet. Then YOU end up giving them your Credit Card #.... I think NOT!!!! Nothing is Free. BE CAREFUL by this SCAM!
