They are a legit company and if they called any family members house its because they can't find you! If they are leaving a message at a wrong number stop acting like you don't have common sense call the # back and tell them its a wrong number! If you feel you don't have an account they are talking about ask questuions about the date and address it was opened up bc a family member probably used it as fraud! No1 is harassing you! Someone borrowed and didn't payback! And if that was you, stop complaining about paying money you owe and start living in your financial lane so you won't be in this mess anymore!

same caller called me concerning my daughter.  They would not tell me why they were calling and would only offer that it concerned a personal matter which they could not share.  My daughter has been on her own for five years. Ask to speak to the supervisor and he was as rude as the original caller

Seems like a scam. I did not pass the message to him.

I am absolutely tired of getting phone calls from this phone number.  Tritium Card Services.  David Michaels left a message for Anthony Cannon to call back at this number ext. 5275.  I am not Anthony Cannon, nor do I know any Anthony Cannon.  This is absolutely ridiculous!

They've been calling me approximately every 45 minutes today--it's been a few times a day since last week, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

They are apparently calling for my boyfriend-- identified themselves as Tritium Card Services.

Will be passing the message along, but they are out of control

I left this on another site because the company is real, but they probably have the wrong person unless you know you owe.  They should leave a message and number from the start. I called back this number after they finally (50 calls at least) left a message.  They had the right name, but the wrong city and last 4 of the social security.  They are a collection agency.  I gave them no info.  They said my name, I said yes, they said from such and such address, I said no, they said are the las 4 digits of your s.s. number this, I said no, they said we're sorry for bothering you.  In actuality I looked up my name on zabasearch before calling and there was a guy with my name from the address they gave me.  I also called my credit protection and creditors before even talking anything with a collection agency.  I do think it's weird that now I know where this guy lives and have his last 4 ss digits.  That seems a little tmi to give to the wrong person.  His credit probably sucks anyway:(

Someone called my parent's house (where I haven't lived in close to 15 years) about a debt.  Person identified himself as Donny Cotton from Tritium and asked for my or my husband's phone number.  My parents called to tell me the information.

It's funny to read all these messages from angry people receiving credit collection calls for their mother-in-law, son, daughter, husband, etc... Maybe they should realize that the agent is trying to collect money for credit card bills that have not been paid, and of course the agent cannot reveal the reason for the call to a third party. Tell your son/daughter/husband or whoever to pay their damn bills and maybe you won't receive calls like this. It's not a "scam" or "crooks" to try to get someone to pay their bills!

They called me and asked the same that you all have explained. Its worth researching...i called back gave them my account info and they took care of my debt. I'm glad that someone keeps track of what I owe company X because I sure as hell dont. I was very aggressive and an absolute DIC& to them and they were actually polite back. They practically begged me for money..and as my nickname describes...unpaid intern and in school means no money.. so they got the last $10 to my name.

people let me explain something one more time, if someone for tritium card services calls, talk to them. they are calling for a reason, if you don't know who they are calling say so, thats very easy. if you don't know that person they are asking for but you wanna know what it is regarding that makes no sense, are you going to pay a bill on someone's acct you don't know?!also if they ask for someone in the home that is there pass the call yes you may want to know WHO is calling but don't ask what it is about unless your paying on it or a spouse. lastly your not going to know every company calling in the world!don't say i never heard of that company, if its not for you then pass it and  move on,if it a PERSONAL bussness call then its personal. mind your bussness. remember it  your crdt or the person im asking for credit not mind! don't be mad 3yrs form  now when you found out someone used your ssn# and tcs was trying to contact you before  or you have bad crdt from an outstanding bill i was trying to collect, im calling for other companies, you know you have bills just tal to them and not be rude!!!!

well said educated male/female. thats very true were unable to just give out personal info. that belongs to this person, unless you are the spouse or the person. before we provide any info on this person, for fdcpa reasons we ask to verify last 4 of SS# or to verify adress so we just dont give it out to any random person, calls are recorded for quality assurence,  yes can be very embarrasing for someone just to through out personal info on how much they owe. we have standerds on how were trained. this is a lidget co. and they are 3rd party collection agency,Loans and Credit cards for Bank Of America, Dell, Credit One, and Kohls. also personal loans and credit card through bank of America, there are more names but alout to post. Also we are aloud to call 8am-8pm Sun-mon. regarding the fdcpa. we call when you are 30-90 days past due. as now a day agency that are from collection do call private or unknown for varies of reasons. half of them i already listed.

Thanks for providing these idiots with this info. Maybe they should read about the FDCPA before they start opening their mouths. And TCS are not the only company that calls unavailable idiots. There are tons of companies giving fake #s by debtors. Trust me as a worker of this place I wish I could disclose your debts to all your family and friens to embarrass you!

Got a call, (had gotten the recorded msg. same time each day for 3 days, the "urgent call, please hold" one.  Man said it was about a $3,000+ overdue(182 days) balance on a Kohl's Dept. Store credit card.  I have never in my life owned a Kohl's card. Knowing that this was a scam, I asked what info he needed to set up the "payment plan" when he said he was "calling to set up a payment plan" (come on now!, what credit card co.or collection agency waits until you are 6 mos. overdue to call you?) Well, of course, he "just needed my bank checking account number and routing number". THEN, I told him I have never had a Kohl's card, then, he wanted to know my SS# so he could see if he had the right person. No way was I going to give that out-he gave me a fake last 4 digits, I told him that was incorrect, then wanted to know my husband's birthdate, again, I asked "what do you have", not anywhere close to the year he was born, but if you continue to let them ask questions, they will eventually get something out of you, if you don't realize up front that this is not legitimate.  I told him it's an illegal phishing call, he hung up, said must have the wrong person. Don't give them any information!!!! I know for sure, have had credit report run recently, that no credit cards have been opened fradulently. The company, Tritium is the fraud!  Also, it was interesting that when he gave my husband's birth year, he thought he was talking to someone 26 yrs. older, which would put us in our 70s. Could be why they're hoping to get info. from older folks. BEWARE and BE SMART! You don't want to be the story behind the next "identity theft" commercial.

Received a call today on my cell phone looking for someone I haven't seen or spoken to in almost two years.  No idea how they would get my cell phone number.  I was in the classroom and when I got free I called them back and they refused to tell me who they are or what they want with this person.  When pressed about what kind of company they are, they hung up on me.  I called back and again they hung up on me when I pressed about what kind of company they are or how they got my personal information.  When I called back the third time, they picked up the phone and immediately hung up.  They wouldn't even say hello.  Who are these people and what do they want?  How do they get your personal information and what temerity to bother someone who has never done business with them.
