Received a fake "bill" in Spanish with this phone number listed on the bill 1-877-209-4163 and to send money to "Integrity Solution Services Inc" at PO BOX 1850, St Charles, MO 63302. This fraudulent bill came from no name, just address of Dept 673, PO BOX 4115, Concord, CA 94524. My name doesn't even sound Spanish and I do not speak Spanish yet this is the first bill I've received from these people and it is in Spanish?  I do not owe anyone any money. We practice Dave Ramsey ways for more than 10 years now, and pay for everything up front except our mortgage. I get some crazy, fake bill for $92.26 in Spanish?  Sounds like a huge scam. I did Internet searches on this company's name, and both addresses, and seems they send fake collection notices (in Spanish now). I warn the average consumer to be weary of this and talk with your elderly so they don't get caught up in these scams because the elderly might pay them thinking they owe something. I'm sending this information to our State's Attorney General's office as well as the CA and MO State Attorney General's offices to report these scammers. I suggest you do the same if you receive a "bill" or phone call from these people.  If you don't know your State Attorney General's office info, you can usually find it by doing an Internet search and they can be your advocate. Keep getting calls from this number for someone that I don't know. They said the ywould take my number off their list but hasn't happened yet.

This number is listed as one of many numbers for Pinnacle Financial Group, a collection agency. They are a huge company and employ a multitude of people. It is therefore reasonable to assume that your experience with them if you dare talk to them will vary widely depending on their attitude, day of the week, etc., as well as yours. These people called my DNC listed cell phone a second day.. Adding their number to my google voice block list..

Cell # DNC listed for 6+ years.. I owe no debts, default Google voice greeting chased them away..(left no message.).

I've gotten a call on my cell phone, from this # several times this week.  Today I called them back and got a 'live' operator after the first ring.  I asked why they have been calling and she told me they are trying to reach a Mr. blah blah (didn't catch the name!)  I told her they have the wrong # and she apologized and said they will remove my number.
We'll see what happens!

Regardless if you owe a debt or not these people have to follow guidelines. If you look up the guidelines set up by people like the FTC and debt collection agencies you do have a right to question why they are calling if they refuse to answer you do not have to talk to them. If they are persistent and become rude or harassing especially at your place of employment then you ask them not to call you anymore. If they still keep up and it gets worse or they refuse to correspond by ways of mail only then you have the right to report them. They are not allowed to push the boundaries, but the FTC is usually not only who you want to report to also going through the BBB will benefit as well. They will want detailed information when you file the report so be prepared for this.
A lot of times though these companies are willing to work with you to take care of your debt. Asking for a settlement will get them off of your back even faster. The reporting process takes time.

I made the mistake of answering my privacy id to see who was calling over and over and the woman asked for someone who doesn't even live here. They didn't say what it was about or who they were and they asked me to take down their number, 877-209-4163. I Googled it and found out it was this collection agency.  I don't have any idea how they got our number, but my husband will be extremely upset if we have to change our phone number for the first time in over 22 years and get a private number. I don't know how to stop the calls. Thank God they're not calling my cellphone and using up our minutes. The next time they call I will tell them I will contact my attorney if they continue to harass us. Not only that, they woke up my baby granddaughter who was taking a nap and now I have to deal with a cranky, teething baby who didn't get her nap finished! I am hopping mad at these weaselwads right now! They use very shady tactics and harass people who are not even on their list!

This phone number is for Pinnacle Financial group. They call me numerous times a week from VARIOUS numbers. They're calling to collect for a t-mobile account. Typically when a debt collection company calls you it is via auto dialer. It usually takes a couple of seconds from the time you say hello to the time a rep answers you (the computer is connecting you to a live person.) Which is why you are greeted by silence when you answer. This is usually a dead sign of a collection company. Sometimes the computer drops the call before you are connected. Either way it's irritating. Another dead sign of a collection company is ?I?m calling in regards to a personal business matter.? Debt collection companies do no have to abide by the do not call registry, as they are calling to collect on a balance owed and the registry is to protect people from soliciting or people trying to sell you something. Its stated clearly on the DO Not Call website under More information - Information for Consumers NOT CHARITIES, SURVEY'S POLITICAL CALLS OR DEBT COLLECTORS. BUT collection companies do have to abide by FDCPA Laws and if they have the wrong number and you explain that to them, they are not suppose to continue to call. The FDCPA is also the reason they do not leave messages, as it is against the law for them to do so. I will leave this message on every phone number they call me from.

I got a little vocal with the person at the other end when he kept "dodging" my simple request for who they work for and what it was pertaining to. "Is that the mouth you kiss your mother with?" I told him my mother died when I was 5. "I guess you don't do that anymore then". Needless to say it got even more heated at that point. If they call you 10 times a day just do the same to them and hang up when they answer.

This same company, Pinnacle, called me and said I owed $209 from Aug 2008 and it needed to be paid immediately. She was very rude and I told her I don't owe that amount and asked them who turned it over to the collection ageny, Eventually, she gave me the Harrison Emergency Group.  .This is from when I had a car accident on that date and when I called them they said I owe nothing and that my Insurance paid for all my Emergency services,  including the Drs, Radioligist, & Patholigist.
I refuse to pay Pinnacle anything.

These calls are NOT against the FTC Fair Credit Reporting Practices. Do your homework and please read the text of the bill and not just skim over it. They kept calling and hanging up or leaving annoying messages on my answering machine. My daughter called them back to ask who they are, and what they wanted. Said they are looking for Tina Graham - I have never heard of this person, have no idea why they are calling my UNLISTED phone number. The lady told my daughter, "OK we must have the wrong number and we'll take it off the call list". Hope they do !

I get a call almost every day asking me to Pinnacle Financial Group at this number.  It is always a recording, never a live person.

I think there must be people that give out wrong numbers so they don't get collection calls. They should realize that the phone number MUST belong to someone. I tell them to look up the number online and they will see who it belongs to. they can do a reverse lookup just like we can.
